Headcrabs dont taste like crab, in Episode 1 you can eavesdrop on a pair of rebels discussing various things, and at one point one of them says that "They sure don't taste like crab."

Lamarr would probably taste quite good, having gorged herself on watermelon instead of human heads for a lot of her life.

Well not entirely, only the fact they jump onto heads, but the whole zombification thing isnt. But you know what meat I would like to try...Vortiguant...is that so wrong

Hmm, if you just fed them watermelons and such like Lamarr they would probably be good, vegetarian animals always test better than carnivores.

I can imagine headcrab meat would be more tough, kinda game-y. as for what it tastes like, I couldn't really say and haven't really thought about it. I don't normally look at them and think "gee that sure is appetizing."

I disagree, the first thing I think of whenever I kill a headcrab or headcrab zombie is "Man that looks delicious.."
