Since Headcrabs blood is yellow and since they are 'facehuggers', my conclusion is that their blood is acidic... Maybe?

Maybe the yellow blood indicates a high sulphur content. in which case they likely taste like bad eggs.

Headcrab blood is in fact liquid cheese. Therefore, they must taste like cheese. Poison headcrabs on the other hand... Don't taste like cheese at all.

Mountain Dew
Ingredients: Carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, concentrated
