Freeman quick draws, but stops when they lower their guns. He walks in angry, and is infuriated by Barney's saying "You better kill it" telling THE FREEMAN what to do. but is reconciled by the Mega-jump. He then does a pullup onto the the platform the scientist stands on, for easier acesss to those really fucking annoying glowing ball throwers. When the scientist gives the okay, he cannonballs into it just as we hear a soundbyte of Sherpard's Mind "get back here you big orange Fuck!"

My theory is that Gordon will tell them to fuck off and order them to aim the portal somewhere outside the facility (maybe to Dallas or to his gold stash or something). As far as he knows, that's what the plan is, but obviously they ignore him and send him to xen anyway.
