RE4 is not that old. It's from 2004 or something. That's not old for me. For me, DOOM is old. Commander Keen is old. RE4 is NOT old.

I'm not in the games industry. I'm in reality.

By that I meant that games are different to other forms of media in the sense that the medium changes at a far faster rate than others, therefore when you contrast a game from 2004 and a game built with a similar budget in 2011 are usually very different. When you talk about old movies people are usually talking about 70's or 80's movies but when people talk about old games they usually mean a mid nighties - early 00's game. Because gaming as a medium has only recently become mainstream the time period between then and now is far shorter than any other popular form of entertainment so therefore old and new aren't that far apart from each other.

When i talk about old games, I talk Atari, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum age mostly. A game from the 2000's and above is not old for me. It's dated, sure, but not old.

I'm with Alyxx here, also the last game I bought was 3D dot game heros, a lot of fun, on the third dungeon, which I can sum up with this picture (at least my experiences with it so far) :

Dungeon Defenders. I recommend you do the same so I have less of a chance of playing with random fuckwits. It's an incredible game as far as cheap indie games go, but like Left 4 Dead and other co-op central games, the community is its biggest issue.

Yeah, Co-op games are really only fun with friends. I would buy it too(have heard some good stuff about it). But I am currently completely broke.

Last time I bought a game was Ico and Shadow of the Colossus Collection. Haven't had money for games since, which sucks, since there's tons of stuff coming out.

Bought a Sega Genesis/MegaDrive on eBay with 7 games. And today I picked up CoD MW3.
