I think both Serious Sam and Duke has good fun games, so I don't think there's any point in comparing them.

It's a matter of taste. I guess I prefer Duke because he speaks more and actually has an attitude. Sam actually doesn't speak much.

I could care less about Duke and Sam's two dimensional characters. What I care about is killing loads of enemies with a Gatling-gun in the middle of Egypt, like a boss.
