B) Animation is a Medium
3) Animation/Cartoons/Anime/Anime-esque/etc. are a Medium
D) Medium: an agency or means of doing something.

3223- all anime is banned except for the select few that don't suck. It's still a medium, but like with anything else, it's 99% trash.
