Hopefully. They still are a business after all with a huge amount of games under their names to support so I don't think that'll ever stop completely.

Yep, John Riccitiello stepped down a WHILE ago, and the quality of their game releases as a publisher has gotten noticeably better, their customer service has been beating out Valve's by a long-shot for a while now but Valve seems to be finally catching up.

I feel like a lot of things EA's been doing lately have been to make amends with their consumer base and I've been saying that for the past year.

The thing is, scars take time to heal, and people aren't easy to forgive and forget, which is a shame imo, even though I'm guilty of it too.

Besides that, I highly recommend getting System Shock 2 (you can buy the first one too if you want) and Bastion, if you don't have those games already

Basically a top-down shooter where you wear animal masks and kill Russian Mafia because the phone call asked you to in a subtle, non-suspicious way

Also it's easy to fail in there, but luckily you have Super Meat Boy's infinite retries
