Sometimes I wonder if it's at all possible for people to connect with each other on a an emotional level.

Maybe we just project what we want onto others based on a few nebulous markers, making reltaionships like love and friendship simply a form of mutual self-hypnosis. 

 

I mean, pizza gets old quick if it's the only thing you can afford to eat at college.
