Alyxx what I am asking for is a exact definition, not something objective. I want you to tell me exactly what qualifies, not because I want to post borderline stuff but because keep everything in check and prevent accidental banning because your opinion of "Anything you don't wanna see outside your bedroom" may be different than someone's else's opinion.

We do not accept images that are overly offensive, disturbing or pornographic. Posting these will result in a temporary ban. Repeated offenses and the most explicit images will result in a permanent ban. After all, this isn't 4chan.

A ban is the same as the death penalty here, so we need more detail as to what qualifies beyond simply saying "pornographic" because under the rules as they stand most of your avatars and more so the one you have now and enuf to get YOU banned.

Whooves, stop. Just stop. Think of this forum as if it were being in public with close friends. Yes, you can talk about what you like, but you aren't going to run around butt naked. Maybe your friend's top reveals a bit of cleavage. That's okay. Still legal. Say you're at the beach and some chick is wearing a string bikini that still covers all her genitals and her nips. Perfectly legal. Essentially, nothing that would require an "Age of 18" confirmation on any website. Get it. Got it. Good.

Thank you for changing your avatar but the problem with the rules still remans. I am sorry for singling you out in this. If I may be so bold as to give my idea of a modification of the rules they are as follows:

 

For hard core pornography, heavy gore, and extreme spam will result in being banned. You will be able to plead you case to a mod or admin over PMs to try to change your sentence from a permanent ban to a temporary ban.

 

Hard core pornography is defined as:

Being able to see the male or female genitals and/or female nipples, ether clearly or with enuf detail behind the clothes they may have on.

In text it is defined as having enuf detail to be considered as literary porn.

 

For soft core pornography, light gore, low level spam will result in the reviving of a warning as needed on a case by case basis.

 

Soft core pornography is defined as:

Any image or text made with the express purpose and/or sole intent of inducing sexual arousal.

 

 

 

There. I think that the rules should be amended with this rather in part or in hole.

I don't agree with your softcore pornography thing. A picture of a sideboob probably shouldn't incite a warning. If it is EXCESSIVE, then yes. That's the thing, Whooves. Our mods are REAL PEOPLE with brains that can decide when somebody's gone too far or done something too much. Let them do their job and everything will be okay. Just follow the forum rules the way you think you should follow them and if a mod tells you otherwise, then do otherwise. It really isn't this complicated. No Alyxx, please go back to boob avatar so we can all be happy again

Your avatar to be honist was not crossing the line but was just shy of doing so. I do want you to stop haveing suggestive avatars, they help define you, but there is such a thing as too much. I've learned that here the herd way. I hope to dont take my actions the wrong way.

 

Also I am serious amount the official forum rules being modified to include what I posted or at least something similar.
