I'd have to say either Cave Johnson, GLaDOS/Caroline, or Adventure Core.

 

Reasons:

 

1. I DON'T WANT YOUR GOD DAMN LEMONS!!!

2. Felt sad for GLaDOS when she was all nice and sympathetic... and then she deleted Caroline and I was like "But now you'll be so lonely" :cry:

3. "I have a black belt in almost everything. Karate, Larate... Bedroom" ;)

 

The defective turrets were a good laugh, and I liked Space Core, but he's too meme-arific now.

Life is just a time trial; it's all about how many happy points you can earn in a set period of time
