Yeah, I thought the most nasty and awful part of Black Mesa whould be funny in Freeman's mind. And it is

 

haha, "Holy shit, was that a bat...? Guess not." the ending was genius ;p

Hey Ross. Do those crushers really work that way normally in HL:Source? 'Cause I know in the original (HL1), they only shut down for about 5 or 6 seconds, and if you mess up the timing you have to wait for the switch to reset.

 

Other things I've noticed that work differently: the giant fan in "Blast Pit" starts up right away in HL1, whereas in Source it looks like there's a delay of several seconds. And the vat with the rotating stir things in "Residue Processing", the layout is very different (rectangular in HL1, sort of a two-lobe shape in Source; and the ladder is placed differently), and the stirrers here turn much faster.

 

I'm sure there are other differences I missed or forgot about.

I really liked this episode. Brings back memories of when I spent hours in that room with all the conveyor belts.

again.

It kinda sounded like a bad comedy, it was kinda forced humor.

Overall it was a good episode though.

I think he was just taunting all the people who were complaining about how long he suffered from memory loss [even though it was only like 2 episodes]

The best episode in a while in my opinion. He did get some more stuff to work with in this part of the game than in the past few eps.

Ah, right. I forgot about that. I guess I'm so used to playing Half-Life in 640x480 from my old school days.
