What are you eating/drinking?

Recommended Posts

A lemon. I wanted to test something.

I'm calling it, I'm officially immune to sour. Sour candies, lemons, everything I've had in the past years that people say is unbelievably sour hasn't even made the muscles in my mouth slightly tense up. Although I'm sure science has created some super sour concoction that'd probably affect even the most immune or something. If they can engineer murderously hot peppers I'm sure they can do so for a lemon.

I think all those sour candies I had back in middle and high school did actual damage.

Try dried unsweetened rhubarb... (also, lemons aren't even close to sour, even the sour ones)

OT: Nothing yet.

Hm.. The closest I have to that right now is a rhubarb compote but that's lightly sweetened. My parents can't stand it because they say it's too sour but all I taste is the rhubarb and faint sweetness.

Currently drinking chocolate milk but now considering getting some toast with that compote on it.

Mmmm... Sounds tasty.

OT: Just finished a pizza and a half, (large pizzas) two cans of Mello Yello, and am now drinking a can of caffeine free coke.

Starburst minis... I don't like the coating, but it beats having to take a bite out of a glob of melded Starbursts.

Bleh, I can't stand starburst. I remember the last time I ate one of those it ripped a tooth out.

Ripped a tooth?!? Why did you eat an ancient hard one?

I'm telling you, it wasn't hard. It was fresh and chewy.

Must've been a really loose tooth then... I used to use pizza to get them out when I was a kid.

OT: A Route 44 Limeade, easy ice. (from Sonic)

A fruit Lollipop from Germany.

This is actually REALLY good. Tastes like real fruit instead of the slightly fruit-like crystal sugar we have here.

Interesting, what sort of shop did you get that from?

Then again, Tesco now has an American Candy section...

Might grill some burgers.
