But not Gordon Freeman... and all the effort in the world will go to waste until... well, let's just say his hour comes again.
The right mod in the wrong forum can make all the difference in the world. So, wake up, Mr. Bjossi. Wake up and smell the comments.

Right know I'm laying in my bed, in the aftermath of having filed my tax return form for this year... Every time I have something to do with the internal revenue service of my country I get cold sweats. Those guys can mess your life up.

I just finished making the Prologue test piece for my webcomic.
Here's panel 8 of 14.http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/5346/howidowhatido.png
NICE. Damn it, I need to get a new machine...
I'm still working on my OS assignment. Which is due on Thursday.Well... good luck. Think of it this way: friday will be a nice day.

I'm watching "Drag me to Hell"

Yeah, let's get back on it. I know canon dictates the Black Mesa incident happened on a 16th of May, but I'm thinking our mayan friends knew the truth.

Prepare for the Portal Storm and the Seven Hour War

Oh.. I didn't even know that was a meme.

Mhmm. A nice cheese and jelly sandwich, and anything drinkable.

I find it just as boring and unoriginal as the "over 9000" thing...
Well, no cake for you. Just the promise of cake Cracks me up every time.
Just one question: what is this "over 9000" thing you're referring to?
-
Oh dilemma; nature or ritzy human technology? I like both just fine.
I know exactly what you mean... on one hand, looking up at a starry sky is awesome. On the other, we have a natural desire to bring light into the darkness.
The pictures taken from space are oddly beautiful, it's like watching energy coursing through Earth's veins.

The cake is not a joke. Is a lie
You guys are too serious. I find it hilarious.

Mhmm. The fight with Nihilanth. I wonder what will Freeman say during the battle, specially since it requires very "game-like" fight tactics, that conflict with the sense of "realism" Ross generally tries to give to it (you know, wondering why something is built a certain way and pointing out the inconsistencies).

Does the "NOTICE: MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT EMAILS ARE CORRECT!" post Jexius made still apply? Because I have not needed to reset my password yet.

I was looking through the main site and noticed "The Tunnel" is missing from the "Movies" section, along with the two April's Fools day videos. I e-mailed Zachary on friday about it, but I haven't heard from him yet.
Do any of you guys (mods or admins from the forums) have access to edit the main site?
-
What movie? WHAT MOVIE!? Are you suggesting time travel?
The truth is I'm ALWAYS suggesting time travel. Every single comment
That "the reality is much, much worse" line by the way is from a movie called "Event Horizon", where the bad guy says ""Hell is only a word. The reality is much, much worse."
EDIT: this is weird, I just got an email update that says:
Jexius here,
I’m not quite sure if Ross would’ve wanted me to post this, but since he’s not responding I figured I may as well considering how many people won’t know the forums are back.
Someone changed something which nerfed the login method. That’s all. Everything should be working again now.
But it's not on the main site. Instead, there's a post from Ross, saying the status of the website and forums may be really dodgy for the next week or so.
I'm thinking Ross posted first, the Jexius found the problem and fixed it, since everything seems to be working.

Sucker Punch

Yesterday I went to see Sucker Punch, with very low expectations in terms of script and character development, and high hopes for visual effects and all around cool and badass fight scenes. I wasn't disappointed, although the lack of a coherent story was a bit more brutal than I expected.
If you've seen the trailers, you know Sucker Punch is about a girl in a mental institution, and her continuous retreats into an alternate reality (filled with epic battles and eye candy) as a way to escape the horrors of the mental facility. Well... that really is all there is to it, in terms of script.
This has got to be the most random movie in the history of cinema (and I'm including all those weird student films that deal with lint and people staring into walls for hours). It looks like Zack Snyder didn't even try to form a coherent story and just wanted to show a bunch of hot girls fighting (matrix style) hordes of zombie nazis, demon samurais, dragons and robots. If that was his intent, he succeed.
So, if you want to go and see this move at your local cinema, turn off your brain at the door. If you're unable to do that, better wait for the Blue-Ray, DVD or cable releases.

Now, when are we getting that "Forum Unavailable" message removed?
You know, it's been a couple of days now since I got a "Forums Unavailable" message... I don't know if anything's been changed, but seems to be working better.
Also, Ross posted on the Civil Protection section today, and said he was preparing to change hosting provider shortly. I hope that helps to finally stabilize things.

I found this article, made by someone who was also in pain over installing IE 9 on W7 64 bits.
There are a couple of things you could try, such as running as administrator, installing the SP1... and finally formatting
I hope that helps.

I believe that they are going to make another Star Trek movie in 2012, atleast thats what somebody told me. I haven't really bothered to look into too much. I might start when it gets closer to 2012
That would be awesome.
BTW, I love that GIF... I'm saving it to my computer...I'm glad you liked it.
My profile has a link to my photobucket account.I upload everything there, if you're ever curious.

Finished the Harry Potter movie, now going to watch the Prince of Persia movie while eating one of my homemade pizzas...
Oh... when you're done, you should post your opinion. I haven't seen that one yet.
-
Yeah, I also tried Shazam (it's the first time it has failed me) and AudioTag. No luck so far.
Sounds strangely familiar though...
-
I'm watching the latest Star Trek movie. I had forgotten how awesome it is.

I wonder if they will make more...

I'm currently at work... two more hours to go... feels like forever.

This has got to be the most random poll I've ever seen. But for some reason, I can't keep off voting in every iteration.
