  1. He reminds me too much of who I used to be to think optimistically. I believe he said he has aspeger's syndrome which I myself have and I was very similar to him at his age. Hopefully he'll learn to behave in a fashion that would ever be considered socially acceptable sometime in the next two years.

    Of course, that's just one lil brony's opinion :) I personally think, hit for hit so far, season 2 is off to a better start than season 1 was. I think S01E05 was a big stinker and S02E05 was actually pretty decent.

    It is just my opinion, which is why I'm not so sure why 'people' (Axeldeath) thought I was upset. :|

     

    I could have done without the last 5 episodes to be honest, season 1 felt more conservative with animation and level of conflict than season 2. Episode 5 for example

    The conflict and resolution seemed pretty hollow and the episode ending with what would, in real life, be a very temporary solution rather than looking at the root of the problem. Most of the episodes have either felt rushed or like white noise against the background of fundamentally identical cartoons.

    It means BLUE TEXT!! SUCK IT!! :P It's just the cosmetic effect for me; that and the relative rarity.
    I found a glitch on ctf_well. With the sticky jumper, you can get over the invisible walls and stand on top of the enemy's base, shooting grenades down on them. :D
    There's a glitch like that on plr_hightower as well. It's not that effective though. :/

    Sublime, I watch all the top 10's. So are you talking about Demo/Engi teamwork?

    Keys are always 2.33 refined. I bought two keys originally. I got ANOTHER strange boston basher; the second one's my insurance policy. Besides, the ONLY non-series 30 weapons actually worth more than the key used to uncrate them are the rocket launcher and the minigun.

    Vintage Crit-A-Cola this time, the most expensive 'old' vintage weapon; 1 refined. But I'm so tapped out of metal I just bought a key; I'll trade it for 2.33 refined and get a strange scattergun while I'm at it.

    I'm not sure where you got that one from. Fully charged shots do 150 damage, 150x3=450, instant kill. :|

You're not going to beat a heavy medic with a huntsman, you're not going to beat one with a demoknight, if you keep playing to a classes strengths and your own weaknesses it's impossible to get anywhere.
    You must admit that Heavy's health is wayyy too high. It's double that of most other classes' date=' and the fact that the amount of overhealing is proportional is just ridiculous. So many times I've made perfect headshots on heavies that do 375~ damage, and still don't get the kill. The fully charged headshot from the beginning of tf2 was designed to be an instant kill, like a backstab. The fact that logistically, Heavies have this overhealing backdoor, I get the feeling was unintentional. No other class has the ability to withstand that kind of exacting instant damage outside of uber, and the Heavy shouldn't be an exception to balance.[/quote']Once again, in order to fire his only real weapon the heavy has to move horrendously slow, you can't outrun stickies, rockets, any sniper weapons, etc. The heavy's health is the only reason he lasts more than 5 seconds when attacking.

For one thing, when a heavy gets a random crit cycle over two seconds, two or three hits alone is enough to take down many classes. I've been killed by a lucky crocket or sticky many times as heavy but that doesn't make those classes OP. Heavy also lacks anything past close/medium to close range, the morons that just run straight at a revved up heavy are going to die nice and quick but those intelligent enough to stay at a reasonable range are just fine.

Build a sentry, build a dispenser, stand, get kills. But that only works against a team of total morons. It's the same with every class, playing against a team that doesn't know how to counter is easy kills.
  9. Medic/Heavies... why do they exist?????

    Heavies alone have health way higher than they logically should, but latching on a medic to boost it to 450~ makes it a fucking sick joke to other classes. Throw in one of the most foolproof weapons in the game and items that can easily improve speed, and you have a class that literally has NO WEAKNESS.

    Okay seriously though, he's slow as crap while firing, a huge head isn't exactly a strength either. No class can beat a heavy at his own game, but any decent spy, sniper, demo, sandman scout and some better soldiers can take out a heavy+medic. I'm not sure what you're doing that makes them seem so overpowered.

  10. I don't have a side, they don't really oppose each other like Mac and PC. I don't have plans to buy either, nor do I think one is inherently better than the other. They're both just grey military shooters with hypocritical fanboys (I'm not suggesting that most people are, just a few very loud people) at the end of the day.
