I got addicted to this in the beta, but that got broken when the beta ended.

When I got the game (after I pre-ordered it based on my beta experience), although I greatly enjoyed it, I never quite got back in to it the same way. Until now. I've fallen victim to the game again.

So, does anyone else play it?

I was under the impression that he is quite popular in Russia, although I could be mistaken.
-
I got to the "nick" page, but all I got was an error code.
Can you perhaps be a bit more specific on just what went wrong?

-
I happen to like my boxed copies of games (I like how they sit on my shelf), but have nothing against Steam at all. Eventually, sad as it may be (for me), boxed copies of games will eventually vanish from the shelves of stores. I'll still have my boxed copies though.

Mr B. For the rabbit.
EDIT: Or Mr D. With ambiguity as to what the D actually stands for.

Congratulations. You are the best scout of all the 7seven people that play TF2 on Xbox.
A bit harsh that...

That's the thing, I don't even know. I ordered the thing over a week ago, should have long got it.
Have you received any emails saying it's been dispatched yet, or have you simply heard nothing at all?

I still don't have the game o.o
Why not?

This person must be some sort of God to finish the game with every augmentation fully unlocked AND fully upgraded:

Actually Sven Coop 2 is being developped for the source engine.
I'm afraid I believe it was cancelled some time ago.
There is however Synergy that you can actually download through Steam:

Synergy is co-op on the Source engine, and if memory serves it wasn't too bad when I last played it.

Heh, not really interested in this as my PC runs games fine, but if I was, the speed of our home connection in the countryside (120KB/s) just wouldn't cut it.

Touching story.

I use a 5-button Microsoft Intellimouse and it has been most excellent. Trouble is I don't think they still make the specific one I'm using anymore...
EDIT: Looks like they do, or a very slightly different version at any rate (its shape is a bit different to mine):

Thread cleaned up on request. Please keep the discussion down and just post requests, thanks.

My account is now sorted!

You build up a civilisation you control to greatness through either diplomatic, cultural, technological or military means.

This should be moved to the "Gaming in general" section.
I initially didn't move the thread because I thought of it as being more of an organising-a-meeting thing than a gaming thing, but as it's really both, I've now moved it.

For the amusement of those who were not in the IRC or didn't see the image:

-
I think the IRC has worked out nicely. We had loads of people on it last night, where ProHypster repeatedly spammed about playing Civilization games. It was great.

-
As requested, I've added a poll to the thread with Civilization games the ones I've noticed to be the most popular here.
-
I have Civilizations 2, 3, 4 and 5, however I do not have my copy of Civilization 2 on me right now.
-
Civilization 2 is the main contender here, but feel free to list whatever turn-based-strategy games you have/enjoy. The more people we can get together, the better for a glorious long game!

-
don't take it personally dude, most of us just couldn't figure out how to use it :/
1. Click the link above.
2. Enter a username.
That's it really, although you can try and register a username, just make sure you don't screw up your name registration like I did!

Yeah, with regards to the people who said it sucked, it's what Rarity basically said; they have no idea what they're talking about. They may dislike the game, but it is well made, well balanced and looks fantastic. It certainly doesn't suck.
