well, Christmas was originally a compound for "Christ's Mass" so pretty much think of MLP's version of Christ then the pony version of a mass. i mean hell it doesn't even have to be called anything close to Christmas because MLP isn't exactly wrapped with religious undertones. (none as far as i can tell anyway) so think outside the box, not everything has to be some X+pony= pony speak.

Edit: or better yet, what do we do on Christmas? celebrate the birth of Christ, so what do you have planned for what the ponies are doing for christmas? you pretty much have that combined with the word "day" and that'll be good enough for any brony I've ever seen...except Rarity, but he's a perfectionist. i'd love to give you examples or ideas or whatever, but i don't know enough about the show. sorry.
