Wait for the end of the world themed pornographic photo and video sets to show up the same (or (not) the next) day. Oh yeah.

IRL: He lives in Australia
Ugh, those can be tough to maintain. I got betrayed thanks to these thousands of kilometers. Some people just don't have patience.

Maybe the title refers to Freeman waking up after being knocked out?
-
This episode is ok in my opinion, but that's about it. Though to be fair this is not at all my favourite part of the game. I am optimistic that Freeman will deliver some hilarity in the next one or two episodes.
Now Black Mesa only has a few days at best to get finished, released and checked out by Ross if he wants to use it after the KO part of the game. . .
-
Yeah, because Ross created the series according to his own idea and if Mako has totally different view, than he should stop watching it or just create something that will satisfy his needs about FM.
(This is much better worded than your previous post.)
Yes and no. Ross is most likely not going to change his style, but Mako is still allowed to criticize it. You actually have a chance to influence other people with constructive criticism, whereas being silent doesn't get your opinions across.

Struggling with MSN trying to separate me and my boyfriend
Landline? Cell? Email? Skype? ICQ? AIM? Yahoo? IRL?

People make wild guesses and their sheep follow suit, but they do not know they are actually correct in reality. In a few days I will go there and take care of the necr- errr... aliens.

Oh, it's the "Only criticize if you can do better yourself" argument.

Does the bible ever talk about time zones?

Never underestimate the power of stupid things in large numbers.

Money and extrarecognition in exchange for some days of waiting seems like a good trade, as annoying as it is.

An end of the world is predicted by some intelligence challenged individuals in October this year when the comet Elenin will pass by earth, predicted to not come any closer to us than ~35 million kms. Some people even claim there are spaceships hiding behind it and we will have a first contact.

To think that I was speculating whether ep 33 would beat the Eurovision final contest, that will be a week ago tomorrow.
-
Some of us have been waiting for 8 days by the way, so your 4 days are lucky in a way.
-
I'm glad you guys keep the finger on the pulse for me so that I only need to check this thread to see when the episode finally gets released.
-
I hope tomorrow is our lucky day.
-
I became aware of FM's existence around episode 4 or 5. It was a thread on another forum I visit. But after watching those I sort of forgot about the series for a while and returned to it around ep 15 if I remember right.

Come on guys, don't tell me you missed day 8 of the survival diary.
Day 8As night falls and the battlefield is covered in darkness, I look upon Machinima.com's mighty black fortress, and remember the words of the mad author, Sutter Cane:
"This page had once been the seat of an evil older than YouTube and wider than the known Internet. It was a website of pain and suffering beyond human understanding.
Originally, there was a machinima video page posted on this site in two thousand and six, but the black channel swallowed up the old website the way it has swallowed our minds. Now there is nothing left of what was once here, except the playlist of the Mind of Freeman above the front page.
Some believe the old website still exists somewhere, trapped inside this evil channel. Its primeval inhabitants were a murderous race of prepubescent Call of Duty fans whose vile existence contaminated time itself, affecting history with their sadistic wickedness."
We have lost so much in this fight... but since we know now there are not one, but two episodes being held hostage by the dark ones, our resolve is greater than ever.
DAMN YOU MACHINIMA.COM! DO YOU HEAR ME! DAMN YOU TO HELL!

Iirc the security guard you meet as you enter the On a Rail chapter explains the part about the rocket, at least to some degree. He calls it a satellite delivery rocket.
-
but you seem to be this cranky character complaining about everything
Well, I complain when I personally feel some one is not doing things right/well, I prefer standing up to my principles than being silent. . . Of course it would be preferable if Valve heard my voice directly but I am not so much criticizing Valve directly as I am criticizing the mindset displayed by a few individuals. Whether Valve's long, active secrecy around one of the biggest series in gaming is a good or a bad marketing strategy is a matter of opinion. Personally I am patient and will wait as long as it takes but I simply try to explain why I feel people have the right to criticize Valve's strategy. Saying things like "Man up" with little else doesn't advance the discussion.

I propose Partyday between Saturday and Sunday.

*raises hand cautiously* I have a question. Why do men have nipples?
Men can actually breastfeed.

The reputation system was implemented to reduce or even eliminate the weight of post counts. That worked out quite well.
By the way, I sent you a PM, Alyxx.

Well, if I may say, to a certain extent there IS some sense in making moderators people who are around all the time. After all, if they're not around all the time, how can they be effective moderators? Why would they care about their duties?
At the same time it's not the ONLY requirement nor should it be.
Post counts do not really correlate with activity either. You do not need to post to pay attention, but it certainly helps with the chemistry between the staff and the other members to be visible outside the Who's Online box.
Should Ross upload videos himself?

The AFers are obviously very split on this issue, almost evenly.
