  1. Basically, one person starts a song, and the next post gives the next line of that song until it's over. Then it starts over.

    So, everybody:

    Let's get down to business,

  2. I've been in a great mood for classical music today. It's more powerful than any other genre of music and covers such a broad spectrum of colors and flavors. Some of my favorite composers (except Bach, he's boring as hell to listen to) are listed above.

My favorite pieces include Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture, used in V for Vendetta and the only musical composition to ever feature real cannons as percussion instruments.

I love "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Edvard Grieg, one that almost everybody recognizes from some soap commercial or movie trailer.

Les Toreadors by Bizet from Carmen has been in my head all day, though it took me until just now to remember the name.

A lot of Mozart's work from Don Giovanni.

    Vivaldi's Four Seasons.

So yea, feel free to cast your vote and tell me about your tastes in classical. (P.S. It doesn't have to be pre-1900s to be classical. The Star Wars Imperial March is considered one of the greatest classical pieces of all time, as is the Theme from Space Odyssey)

  3. Don't give up dude. Just don't let it be such a priority, especially at 23. You're free, so use it. Try not to be so straight-edge. Go to parties, go to clubs, make some friends. The more friends you have, the more potential girls you have through those friends. Be social and let loose. Life's not about following every rule and temperance and making yourself miserable so you can have a more peaceful life later. Life is about having fun. You've only got about 15 more years before you start getting too old for doing stupid shit. Surf some trains, jump off some cliffs, follow a Spring Break convoy down to Miami, Go to Bronycon. Don't put it to waste, because by that time way off in the future that you're living so tempered for, you'll be too old to want or enjoy that adrenaline rush or that happy-go-lucky fun-loving attitude or that night on the town. You'll be like my parents, still working like hell cuz the economy screwed them and going out every once in a while to have a beer with a few close friends and share a few laughs. Every once in a while, my dad goes fishing, but my mom just talks to friends and plays cards with her in-laws. Seriously dude, have some fun and loosen up. Girls don't like a guy who walks through life stiff as a board. Free yourself and be more positive and believe me, your world will turn around.

  4. Here's mine. Our monitor is screwed up a bit, so what was supposed to be Bright, electric yellow turned out with a greenish tinge. So, yea, it's actually yellow. But Thanks forthe offer. Can't wait to see what you come up with :D

  5. Dat bitch is always on that trade server she runs. She probably does mean Ref. As in 1 refined metal.

Naww, I'm sure she means Rep. What a sellout... Jk. Here, I'll post my guy once I can find him...

  6. Just going to bars and socializing with friends is a great way to meet nEw people, just because you meet them at a bar doesn't mean they're alcoholics. It probably means they like having a good time. Just head out and look around. Don't be afraid to turn your flirt on and talk to girls. I've noticed, at least for me, it is MUCH easier to make a girl laugh than a guy, and once you get her laughing, she tends to not stop laughing unless you kill the mood. Just try to develop an aura of positive, attractive, classy energy around you. I notice girls looking at me all the time at the boardwalk, I just don't have the guts to ralk to them anymore. I'm sure your appearance and personality are there. Just let them out and express yourself.

  7. I figured.

So get this. I was playing the other day on Granary and a heavy walked by the crates I was standing on (as spy) i jump down to back stab him and end up landing on a cloaked enemy spy. So, since i'd already clicked, I backstabbed the Heavy. The spy beneath me stops and uncloaks, most likely wondering what the fuck just happened. So I drop off his head and backstab. There was a lot of laughing in the chat for a while after that

  8. Trying to find a specific piece of classical music. It sounds very similar to Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture (V from Vendetta) but it isn't, of course. I can count out the rhythm if it will help anyone figure it out:

    1 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 2 and 3 and 4 and 1

    1 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 2 and 3 4 and 1

Probably won't help, but I thought I might try.
