Like Chuck said, there is a huge process you have to go through in order to be allowed to carry a licensed weapon. The user obviously must be capable of properly using the weapon, cannot have a criminal record or pre-existing mental psychosis that would make them a danger to themselves or others. This guy from Colorado obviously slipped through the cracks, as reports showed he was a really smart guy, nobody ever expected it, etc. A lot of people are very good at concealing their insanity from the public.

I'm going to be playing TF2 all night tonight, so if anybody wants to join me in a night of boisterous galavanting, it would behoove you much to get your tocous on Steam in about a half hour. God I love you Chuck. Your point couldn't be more perfect. Mutually Assured Destruction and the general thought of what is and is not moral prevent things like this from happening. But when the destruction is not mutually assured, you don't have a group of people taking down a deranged psychopath (who in all honesty, deserves the death penalty), instead you have a running screaming mass of chaos, which allows the assailant to do even more damage to the innocent. People need to be more comfortable in carrying a lethal weapon at all times, but sadly, the assholes who inhibit our second ammendment right create more pain and suffering than they prevent. I mean, let's think of incidents that could've been lessened or completely undone by people being allowed to possess weapons:

1. Columbine

2. VA Tech

3. Most Gunpoint Bank Robberies/ Carjacks/ Burglaries/ Murders/ etc.

I'm a fairly decent spy. I usually use the Dead Ringer for larger maps, but on small, condensed maps like Dustbowl, I destroy with the C+D. A major reason why I can be good at spy is because I see the color of HuD in my peripherals and kinda forget what team i'm on. So i start to play like I AM on the other team. That's the key to playing spy. Also, always change disguises in hidden locations and disguise according to where you are. Spy is all about patience. Wait for the spawn to clear out before you jump on somebody. Always take out the big guys ASAP, the smaller guys are very easy to take out with the pistol, which has a good rate of fire and good damage output. No, it won't kill anyone in one hit, but it's damn effective.
