I think Axel needs to (re)take Statistics. Sales on one end of a market are more likely to have an inverse relationship with sales on the opposite side (i.e. Digital vs. Hard Disk)

And from how it sounds, I'm convinced the Steam Box will NOT have a disc drive, but that's just my opinion.

So after that massive Spike in rep (no pun intended), I feel like I'm going to pursue a career in acting. I obviously have the balls to do it, and I've always wanted to be an actor. But veterinarian is probably my close second... it just requires more work

A couple snickers and an "Oh god." Then I told them off like the sorry bitches they are. Afterwards, most of them congratulated me on having one of the best speeches and one of them said I had major balls. One girl was actually convinced to give the show a try, to which I credited myself .

Soooo, speech was today. Went FUCKING AWESOME!!!

I am a god of speeches, though during the process of delivery, my knees were knocking together behind the podium. I could honestly think of no rational reason as to why I was so nervous, but alas, I was. I'm probably going to get a good score on it though. According to my teacher, my only problem was eye contact. (Oh, Phyllis wasn't there, so fuck me. I just revealed my secrets to the class and she wasn't there to see me.)

After the incident, I've realized I don't want to take any chances. Not even that baked bastard Spike could fuck up when I make it this damn obvious that

Well it's an open platform so I'm sure there'll be modding. Some of the specs sound suspect though, 8GB of RAM? 4GB of RAM would be fine seeing as 32 bit programs can't use more than that.

I have a feeling that it's basically a PC tower dedicated to gaming, so you can probably do shit-tons of stuff at one time. Knowing Valve, it'll be slow, but it will be awesome when it comes out. The question is, will it have its own online network, or will it merge with PC online play? I doubt Microsoft or Sony would be considerate enough to link up with Live or PSN.

So umm... the lunch bell rang before I could do my speech. That means I'm one of the last to go AND I get more time to prepare. Speech is tomorrow now, right after we make Flank Steak Fajitas for Culinary class. Couldn't ask for a more spectacular technical failure from Phyllis (my crush, for those of you who don't know. She was the only other to do a PowerPoint and it flipped a shit on her)
