Gotcha, but like I said, the team was not directed by Lauren for Season 3. Her thoughts regarding the show were no longer relevant. The team didn't want Alicorn Twilight THAT soon. Hasbro pressed it on them to make it happen in Season 3, which caused them to rethink it all and rush everything. I wish I could relocate my sources, because my spewing obviously seems insubstantial, but everything has been buried by months of crap on Google...

Have you not looked into this at all? Please don't say things like that without any actual knowledge on the subject. Lauren left Hasbro even before The Grand Galloping Gala episode aired. She had absolutely no influence on show direction in Seasons 2 OR 3. Before the team had started on the 3rd season, Corporate Hasbro told them that they needed to, at some point, transform Twilight into an alicorn so they could sell a new MLP toy line that would coincide with the show canon. The team tried arguing the point, but as they were under contract and had no control, they had to give in and make it Hasbro's way.

That is, factually, what happened.

Just got back from the dentist.

Been having that shit when the tooth is so cold, you cant even stand up because it hurts so much since I fixed a hole back 5 years ago.

The same dentist that fixed that hole has told me for 5 years: "You just need to keep brushing your teeth"

Today, he was sick so I got to see another dentist, she told me (after about 1 minute) "Your nerve is exposed, this is why its been so cold, Ill just fix that really quick"

 

And now I dont feel it anymore, how the fuck is my original dentist a dentist ?

I know that feel, bro. My dentist insisted that the chip in my tooth needed to be filled, even though it was minor and wasn't getting a cavity. My parents were under the impression it was a cavity, so they agreed to have it filled. Then when he drills down to root the filling, he doesn't use novacaine, causing me some serious discomfort (though nothing excruciating), and then the filling he puts in comes right back out about 2 hours later. We went back to have him fill it again and he doesn't even fill the hole this time. He just fills up my molar (those natural dips in the center of them). And then that came out about a week and a half ago. So yeah, I don't really wanna go back to him...

OT: Homework

I hated Episode 3. The movie was so hyped up because of its amazing special effects, but honestly, with the inability for the writers to properly compose the script for a love scene, that movie fell flat on its face for me the second shit started getting corny.

Also, the fact that they're running with this alicorn thing is getting on my nerves

 

Well why introduce a gamechanger, and then just ignore it, or revert it back to the way it was? Sure you're going to have fans that hate that, and fans who enjoy it. It's the same with any fandom. For example, take Dragon Ball Z for example, it's like making Goku a Super Saiyan during the Frieza saga, and then after that, drop it for whatever reason.

It's both, but moreso this. Honestly, since the fact that Twilight being an alicorn was not part of the dev team's plans, and was forced on them by Corporate Hasbro, I'm hoping they revert the crap, because I frankly think it fucks up the concept of them being friends, peers, and equals, because they really aren't anymore.

The lipsync on that was pretty shitty. I'm not impressed if this is a prelude to what we should expect in Season 4. Also, the fact that they're running with this alicorn thing is getting on my nerves

I can't tell you that. I don't know every little thing that makes you tick. It's so much easier to go and look yourself. Plus, it's really an experience being able to go back through time and let the records show. You forget how funny things are.

 

Oh, and after ABG left, clopping started cropping up in conversation more. But that died out when everypony started freaking their shit.
