An explorer comes across this ancient tribe of humans where the tribal elder is able to control the weather with a special chant. When word spreads about the tribal elder's abilities, it is up to the explorer and his team to protect the tribe from people that would want to use the elder for their own motives and to keep the tribe from being destroyed.
