"Come on in heeeeere!"

Congrats to all the winners! We've had a great response so far from the Gold Tier winners. On the Master List of winners, the people with their names italicized and in a lighter text have already contacted [email protected] with their games lists. The people with regular black text have not yet contacted me at that email address. Once everyone in the Gold Tier has contacted me at the email address or one week has passed since the winners were announced, I will then move on to the Silver Tier winners, doing the same, and then one more week after that, the Bronze Tier. Congrats to all the winners! All the submissions were great but we did have to pare it down to the best and there were a lot of them! Have a great holiday season everyone! 2016 approaches!

That's why I tell everyone that I'm going to buy gifts for: "Make a list." If you don't have a list of things you want, you're not going to get anything from me. Many people have fun making lists and it's easier than trying to guess what they want than possibly agonizing over what to get, and getting something they don't want or have no use for. Is it a bit impersonal? Should you just know what the person wants or needs? Perhaps. I don't know, to be honest. Make a list.

I just got back from Star Wars 7. I'm glad I don't have to worry about spoilers now. Speaking of spoilers, here are the major ones (in the spoiler tag)--Warning: These are BIG SPOILERS. I'll give my rating afterwards: I would give the movie a solid 8/10.

"So, this is eggnog, is it? Let me try some." (I've never had eggnog, so I can't vouch for the above statement with certainty, but I can imagine...)

I didn't buy the game, no. On-topic:

I've had this song in my head all day. The problem? It's making it difficult on the Screenshot Contest results. Darnit!

The email address was misspelled. It should be corrected now. Send the emails to [email protected] and we should get that squared away for you. EDIT: I believe the three previews should be fixed now as well.

What the heck are "burger rings"? And why haven't I heard about them until now? On-topic: http://www.amazon.com/Star-Trek-Deep-Space-Nine-Dominion/dp/B00004U8GM

Is the modlog anything like those Yule Log videos some people play around the holidays?

*purrs contently* (If you know what I mean. )

Neat! I am really reminded of an old-skool "unlicensed" video game for the original NES, "Tetris" made by Tengen. Whenever you beat a level, depending on your score in that level, some Russian dancers would come out and dance to a little song. Your song reminded me of that song. This: That's a good thing!

Accursed Farms Games Giveaway Screenshot Contest
danielsangeo replied to Ross Scott's topic in General News
At this point I think there are more games on the list than people who actually post actively on the forums! Maybe the first-place winners will get multiple choices? Or is everyone a winner? There are people that emailed their screenshots as well. -
Wink.

In brief: 1. He'd play through a section of the game, coming up with certain key points to speak about in that section. 2. He'd then re-play through that section, recording the movements, then rendered out the movements in slow-mo so that everything would be smooth always. 3. Then he'd break it up into pieces. He has 5 seconds before the next thing so he tries to think of something that fits in that. 4. Once each piece is recorded with multiple takes, then they're put together and, with various tweaks to the audio, he'd put it together into single video and release.

Ross's Claim of Yahtzee From ZP Copying His Quote
danielsangeo replied to Heliocentrical's topic in Misc. AF stuff
I don't think he was pranking anyone, but I did think he was joking. But that's pretty awesome for the shoutout to Ross from Yahtzee. -
But still only 2/5 of all the possible states. WA, OR, CA, ID, WY, SD, NE, MN, MO, WI, IL, TN, KY, OH, WV, VA, PA, MD, DE, and NJ = Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey. Some states (highlighted in bold) I stayed in for a while (either because I lived there or I vacationed there); the rest I just passed through. (I'll let someone else take this question)

I've been to 20 states in the US (WA, OR, CA, ID, WY, SD, NE, MN, MO, WI, IL, TN, KY, OH, WV, VA, PA, MD, DE, and NJ) and two countries (US and Canada--BC and ON) Born in MD, live in WA. If you could live in any country in the world that is not the one you're living in now, what would it be?

My reaction to beef jerky. (I like regular beef just fine, but when it's turned into jerky, for some reason, I find it "positively revolting" but for some reason, I can't stop eating it until the 'stick' or whatever it is is gone.)

You are not Lore, BTG. You're just being paranoid.

So, while surfing around the Internets, I happened across this news blurb for the European Commission's Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO): http://article.wn.com/view/2015/10/27/EU_Commission_increases_cofinancing_for_assistance_via_the_E/ wat
