I think my favorite MST3K has to be "Werewolf" (#904). Not only was the movie entertaining to watch (with Mike and the bots, otherwise...eugh) but the interstitial bits were very funny, such as Mike becoming a were-Crow or the actually-decent song "Where, O Werewolf".
