It would fit perfectly in where Gordon finally gets the rocket launcher in that cliff-face alcove and shoots down the chopper.

My apologies. I did not realize there were two different versions. Here is the "Director's Cut" version of the subtitles.

It's timed perfectly with my copy of the video. And I don't see any odd breaks in the video that would cause such a mistiming. At about 05:03, the robots are still doing the anime poses on my copy of the video and the customers don't start cheering until 05:09.

Ever since Lindsay has joined the team, I have been crushing hard for her. Oh, you wouldn't believe how much. She's like, in my opinion, the perfect woman. Both in her character as the Nostalgia Chick and how she normally acts.
