  1. Honestly, that looks exactly like a lens flare with a normal lens distortion... You're seeing the impurities of the lens in the reflected light, not an amoeba floating across the sky.
  2. When I get pissed, it just makes me 100% introverted, and extremely hostile to anyone that tries to violate it. (over time I grew to be able to control my physical outbursts, so no risk of beating someone to death anymore)
  3. You should look back through the thread, I've bought quite a lot. Even looking just at my Steam account shows that I have purchased way more games on it that you. I have no income, but I do odd jobs for a little spending money every now and then, and I may or may not buy the game soon. (I still haven't bought the original or 2 yet either, despite them being well worth the money)
  4. Yes, but the game doesn't include the code required for it to work properly, so there are limits to the stacking.
  5. Forgot to mention, that 36.6 is at 0% error rate. (and when composing I also do full capitalization and punctuation)
  6. This isn't Europe, it takes a lot more than 10% to win an election here. Included. Also enabled revoting so people can change their minds.
  7. Campbells.
  8. ? (that's as close as I can get)
  9. I think it'll teach them to not be assholes when banning people... If you're banning people just for having a modded item, something's VERY wrong. Just remove the item, like Star Trek Online does automatically.
  10. Torrenting movies for my parents to watch for their anniversary...
  11. Last I checked was before I started working where I had to type all the time, and I was getting 36.6 WPM at that time.
  12. He was listed as an independent last I checked... He may or may not be listed as a Dem on the ballot, and there is a lot of controversy concerning his listing. Helios is correct that I listed him as the closest to his political affiliation as possible, considering the nebulous nature of his listing on the ballot. I only included those candidates that had a snowball's chance in hell of winning.
  13. I would like to see proof of any of those accusations. (except the 'doesn't play by the rules' one, as that's a plus in my book) Clinton, we may know what she'll do, but I absolutely refuse to be a willing participant in any of it.
  14. Please don't discuss anything, just vote. This is a scientific experiment to determine what the demographics of the forums are.
  15. But only in a true vacuum... Which doesn't exist. There is always some external force being exerted, (friction, etc.) which means that in this context it is impossible. I'll make a thread with a poll asking what president people would most want, and not provide anything else... Even asking that nobody discuss the candidates or their positions... I'll bet that with full participation, there will be less than 10% that would vote for Trump, and he's the only candidate that isn't on the left. (and very obviously so)
  16. Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Just checking to see if it's worth buying, and it is.
  17. There are mods out there that limit stacking... Take your pick of no stacking, 2 units per tile, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or unlimited... Modern Civ doesn't even have code allowing the possibility of stacking, should you want it. (I personally always played with 6 per-tile, as it made the most sense, and never resulted in battles longer than 20 seconds) BTW, most of these mods are available by default in FreeCiv. (free open source version of Civ 2 for modern systems) Do give it a try, as there is absolutely no risk involved. And there is such a thing as 'not enough quantity to justify the perceived quality'. It took the designer of those mods over a decade to make them the highest quality, and best balanced they could be. (and he succeeded) Personal insults for no other reason than to make yourself look bad.
  18. Borderlands.
  19. Chatting with someone on Steam about rocketry.
  20. Facepalm.
  21. Ok... If you're perfect now, then give me the spare $100 million dollars you have in your pockets... lol
  22. I don't like being around people for any length of time unless I know them, (unfortunately, this prevents me from getting to know people unless I'm forced into it, like at work) and I don't question my own decisions... I'm not in the slightest surprised about those results. Scoring 100% on feeling means you really need to work on thinking through your actions, not just going on what your feelings are. (middle of the road is the 'ideal' as far as the world is concerned) That said, don't stop feeling!
  23. Or, they just find more evidence supporting it, with less people throwing insults and blind hatred from that side. There are a LOT of really smart, and very well educated people that support those beliefs, so don't go knocking them without having incontrovertible proof that they are impossible.
