  1. I'm in 4th place in most posts made, with 7,021 posts (not counting this one).

3rd place is Rarity with 8,128 posts

2nd place is BTG with 14,476 posts

and 1st place goes to *drum roll* Alyxx! With 14,919 posts.

I joined two days before Alyxx...

The only reason I'm under 25k is because I had a 6 month ban after the forum war... It was a sad time. I'm going to beat Alyxx in the next few weeks though, barring unforeseen bans. ;)

  2. I don't see what's so bad about the original being sold on Steam, other video content is on Steam.

Simple, as previously mentioned, Valve owns the copyrights, and do not allow monetization of their content. In other words, Ross can't sell FM in any way, shape, or form, much less on Valve's own distribution system.

Naturally, I voted no on the poll.

  3. That's because VMs don't allow direct access to the hardware unless you have hardware capable of it. (only ones I know of that can are newer Intel chips, and that still doesn't allow access to your GPU)

  4. I always turn off the majority of win conditions, because it makes the game way too easy. I usually do domination because I conquer everything via overwhelming culture. (I can win a domination victory without ever entering combat)

I'd be up for a MP match, if we could all get on at the same time, and stay on for longer than a few hours. (many people who play Civ games tend to overstock their military in MP matches, and that makes the turns take F-O-R-E-V-E-R)

  5. I just woke from a 4 hour nap to find I had been snoring so badly that my uvula and that flap of flesh it's a part of have been stretched enough that flexing certain muscles in my throat triggers a gag reflex.

(this was copied because I wasn't too sure this long of a sentence was totally grammatical without any commas, but it was)
