  1. I'm too lazy to use Full Editor... Quick Reply is just right there, plus I've memorized the more important BBCodes, so I have little to no need for Full Editor.

I generally use it for convenience, but I also use the full editor for its preview feature, which I find very useful for the bigger posts I make, and when I use a lot of BBCode.

Quotes, advanced formatting, and longer posts end up in the full editor... All else is quickbox. :ugeek:

  2. That dick-trap will give me nightmares for weeks now! :D I believe it violates the Geneva Convention or the Human Rights Act or both! :-)

Be glad you didn't look at the wiki page for it... It has one that guards against penetration of either lower orifice for the main article image.

  3. I've been electrocuted before. XD It's not fun. I mean, how was I supposed to know the fence had an electrical current running through it?? Being electrocuted though, it's so bad. It's not painful, it's just the MOST uncomfortable thing you can ever feel. It's like, you ran 3km's in one second. And you can hear your own heart-beat, even if the room you're in isn't quiet.

I once had a minor electrocution from 110v AC direct from a broken bulb in a string of Christmas lights... Strangely, not painful at all. Actually, it was a pleasant tingle that I tried to get back. lol (I tried to electrocute myself again because it felt cool, how dumb do I sound?)

  4. It's because prisoners are regularly dehumanized in the United States (although that is getting less and less common by the day).

The point I was trying to make was why is activism for male specific issues, like prison rape, are

    inherently sexist.

But activism for female issues are not.

I do however agree with CF, that these things happen to women a disturbingly large amount of the time.

Men are, by far, victims of more violent crime than women. They also commit the majority of violent crimes. Source 1

  5. Had few of those over the years, although i have rediscovered most of them. Only game i cant remember but i'd like to revisit was FPS either from very early 00-s or late 90-s (as i was rather little). I dont know what part of the game it was, but i remember it having enemies (skeletons or zombies) amongst other enemies that you could only kill with chainsaw or rocket launcher. It was game in style of duke nukem and original shadow warrior, only with better graphics than either (im quite sure it had 3d models instead of sprites, though my brain might be making picture more nice).

Most logical guess would be Doom 3, though screens didnt seem quite right.

Could be Blood, or Hexen II...

While writing this i also remembered more obscure RTS game that i knew under name of "arsenal", though i havent found game with such name anywhere, at least not this one. What made this game obscure was that it only had vehicles, no infantry. Economy units were basically bulldozer, which you used to build your base and ore truck, which gave you credits. But it also had sea units and air units as well.

Does that look like the game you remember?

  6. And unlike the ton of sex mods floating around on Fallout 3 Nexus they never showed any actual sexual acts, but implied it.

Actually, there are mods that can introduce that exact same design into New Vegas... Though I can't remember what they were off the top of my head. (they were all on my external drive, so missing for the foreseeable future)

  7. Knowing how corrupt and flawed government institutions are in every country on Earth - the cannot be trusted with decisions of life and death as a punishment. That's why I am and will always be against capital punishment. Also, false convictions happen all the time and if the person is dead you can't undo the injustice. These two are enough reasons for me...

But, also, rape is often not a clear cut situation. There are no witnesses. One person's word against the other's. False accusations are so common, the police is reluctant to even handle rapes. Then there is the statutory rape - when sex with a minor is involved - even if it was fully consensual.

Even the tests for rape are questionable... I had a friend almost convicted of rape because a test confirmed his DNA in her kagigger, but he wasn't even in the same country when she claimed he raped her. Then again, I have also known several women who were raped, and the guys never got punished, simply because the women didn't get the test done in time...

Rape is abhorrent but justice first needs to establish whether it has truly happen before one can even talk about punishment. Let alone putting someone to death.

Ah, also, please, people - overpopulation is a myth. There is no such thing. Our danger is underpopulation in the developed world and the ageing of the population. Do you think why Germany is so eager to accept all these refugees?

The danger isn't underpopulation or overpopulation, but rather population density. Packing 10 million people in 5 square miles is what makes for these overpopulation issues people are talking about all the time. None of them are helping produce anything even related to preserving the human race, and are merely consuming our limited resources. This is great for companies making money, but extremely harmful to the future of our race.

  8. Duke Nukem 3D

Not even remotely close. Deadpool (The Game).

"Everybody Want to Rule The World *Tear Closes*"

No clue... You could tell us what yours are if there's nobody responding. (the goal isn't to try to kill the thread by making difficult to recognize quotes)

  9. I hear the voices echoing around me

Angered eyes that don't even know who I am

Looking to kill again (They will kill again)

As the unknown enemies surround me

Wicked laughter resonates inside my head

And I am filled with dread (And adrenaline)

What did I do? Why do I deserve this?

    So we're different,

why do I deserve to die now?

    Give my a reason why?

Then it all goes a blur

    Let instinct take flight

Find my hands on his throat

    Yet hear myself say

Tell me now, who taught you how to hate?

Because it isn't in your blood

Not a part of what you're made

    So let this be understood

Somebody taught you how to hate

When you live this way, you become

    Dead to everyone

A father's pride, my son walking beside me

I look around and marvel how the children play

    In perfect disarray (So innocent)

    No judgement, pure exhilaration

Black to white, the colors aren't on their minds

    Nothing predefined (All different)

There's always one who plants an evil seed and

Preaches fear to pull you to the other side

    Into a world of lies

Everything is unsure when you've lost your sight

Can there still be a cure?

    What made you this way?

Tell me now, who taught you how to hate?

Because it isn't in your blood

Not a part of what you're made

    So let this be understood

Somebody taught you how to hate

When you live this way, you become

    Dead to everyone

    (You're not anyone)

    Oh

    Lost all innocence

    Infected and arrogant

    You burn all your life

    (There's no telling you)

    No deliverance

    Consumed by the pestilence

    Of hate, you're denied

Deep in your heart does it still remain?

Do you think you can bring it

    Back to life again?

Is it still in your soul?

    (No saving you)

    Where's the deviant

    The unholy revenant

That has made you this way?

Made you fall for this hate

Tell me now, who taught you how to hate?

Because it isn't in your blood

Not a part of what you're made

    So let this be understood

Somebody taught you how to hate

When you live this way, you become

    (You become)

Tell me now, who taught you how to hate?

Because it isn't in your blood

Not a part of what you're made

    So let this be understood

Somebody taught you how to hate

When you live this way, you become

    (You become)

    Dead to everyone

    (You're not anyone)
