  1. “Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love – they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.”
  2. Serious Sam. (2 I think) "You are in a maze of twisty passages, all alike."
  3. 2243 - EA finally makes a sequel to Battlefield 2142. (it turns out it's really just a modern shooter set in the year 2242)
  4. Oooo... That's pretty! OT: https://i950.photobucket.com/albums/ad342/bullseyebtg/DreamSceneSink.jpg
  5. Try dried unsweetened rhubarb... (also, lemons aren't even close to sour, even the sour ones) OT: Nothing yet.

  7. Read Revelation... You'll notice some striking similarities with current events.
  8. Trying to get tired again after a total of 3 hours sleep, and waking up to find my mind fixated on drawing something. (it still wants to draw it, but I don't have paper, or decent pencils)
  9. Ah, going for the painted white look... Well, I figured I'd draw this to try and get my mind to settle down so I could sleep... Check the dream sharing thread for more info about it. (honestly, I think I'd have an easier time sculpting this in clay)
  10. I just woke up and couldn't go back to sleep without drawing (can you tell that I suck at mouse drawing?) and posting this image of the kitchen area from this dream. Imagine a MUCH younger me (6 years old) standing in front of the sink. This is practically a rat's-eye view, but it's the sort of 3rd person I get in dreams. (cinematic style) Bear in mind that when I dream I get both this cinematic 3rd person, and a 1st person view, simultaneously.
  11. 2241 - Panic overtakes the masses as they realize that this year is completely insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
  12. I did that frequently... Now I just torrent the discography of the artist if I hear a song of theirs I like, and peruse it for gems, then delete the rest. (currently trying to make my way through the Xzibit collection just because of LAX) Remember when this site didn't even run half the time, and the other half it was too slow to post anything?
  13. I think the fact that nobody replied in a timely manner was a quite telling response, don't you? I need more sleep that occurs over less total time... Help!
  14. I vote glasses for this picture.
  15. If you need a last-pass editor's look at it, I'm available. I can also provide detailed pointers on certain areas I think you can improve on. (wording, sentence structure, etc.) The story is really good despite it's issues, and kept me interested. (that's saying something, since I don't read past the first few pages if I'm not interested)
  16. It is remarkably good... If you want some good quality realistic metal textures to use, I can make some for you. (especially weld textures of almost any type)
  17. This while listening to Overture To Odin by Manowar is awesome!
  18. Trying to gently massage my mind into a calm state so I can sleep. (not a physical massage, a mental one that involves explosions, death, and mayhem)
  19. Ah, so you're a Tasmanian Devil Woman. lol OT: Mello Yello.
  20. I know that feel... Fortunately I don't have it anymore. (unlimited data on everything here) OT: Tired, yet not tired. My eyes are saying it's time for bed, but my mind is saying "but we had brunch only 9 hours ago".
