Very messy overall, and it even somehow made Steam forget that I had stuff installed on my external. (easily fixed by installing something else to the external drive's Steam folder)

As long as they don't limit themselves to that particular game/franchise, and start digging into others of the Rare library, (Donkey Kong, GoldenEye 007, etc.) then I'm all for them doing this.

You could just put "NEW TOPIC: ***" instead... It would save having to do anything with numbering. Cultural holdovers are the only reason they still exist, as they tend more often than not to be horrible matches. That's also the reason they last so long.
