Maybe? I doubt there will be nukes involved though... Just lots of guns, and very little shooting. Almost. 26 hours and 39 minutes from the time of this post. Edit, and I also now have an HDR capable monitor! MSI Optix MAG272CR. Basically a bigger version of my previous monitor that fixed every complaint I had.

Upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 5800X. Tangibly faster and smoother experience in almost everything. (browsing the internet is the sole exception) Removed tons of extremely minor glitches I was experiencing as well. (apparently they were caused by either the CPU or the BIOS)

So, I have new headphones that got me to reenable my Bluetooth service on my computer... Soundcore Life Q20. Active noise cancelling is quite good, and battery life is excellent. (more than a day with noise cancelling on, and really fast charging) Sound quality is acceptable over Bluetooth at Redbook quality. (fortunately it also has a 3.5mm jack for hardline, and noise cancelling works with hardline too) Frequency profile is remarkably flat for what was only $40 headphones on Black Friday. (normal $60) I am also no longer experiencing a large number of minor glitches in various programs and Windows itself since I got the Ryzen 7 5800X to replace my 3600. One of the top 3 CPUs in the world for single-core speeds, and there are 8 of them! Can you tell I'm excited?

Usually I say "no" to bluetooth stuff because it's either poor quality connections, or a security hole... However I'm still using it for my new headphones because they don't strain my neck as much when cordless.

Just wait until you get to 2019 and 2020... I won't spoil it for you though.

Almost half the WAIT is gone... I now have a Ryzen 7 5800X in my system. Everything is tangibly faster and smoother.

Star Trek Online. There's a reason I have more hours in it than all other games I own combined... (though I've gotten too good at it, and am moving to extreme leveling challenges now to get my "fix")

3474 - Shakespear was really the name, and people start realizing it's actually about Captain Shakespeare from the movie Stardust. (I really would watch a movie exclusively about that character, he was amazing, just have it be Robert De Niro telling stories to the kids of Tristan and Yvaine of his youth)

Looks like I'm waiting for the 6800XT instead. Better performance in the stuff I want to use it for.
