That's a very tough question... If including fictional weapons, then the TR-116B sniper rifle from Star Trek. (could teleport the bullet from the end of the muzzle directly to the skin of the target, had no issues with cover, or distance as long as it was within teleporter range [10k-40k kilometers])

If only including existing firearms... A significantly modified version of the M26 MASS, designed as a 6-shot 20mm under-barrel GL, (similar functionality to the XM29 OICW GL) under a suppressed AR-10. (the modified GL is a functional piece of equipment that I have personally seen, it also sports an attached bipod as an option)

So let me get this straight... I use a video from someone, and that automatically means I believe everything he does? I am not a moron that can't think for myself, I can sift fact from fiction. I come to conclusions based on people I know and trust, combined with any source that has reliable info. (and a video corroborating a story from my cousin, who never exaggerates, is a reliable source IMO)

Odd. (sick as can be in the morning, then feeling borderline high from 1PM to 5:30, now just mediocre)
