As far as targeting using ballistics, the US military can target a 50 yard radius with an unguided rocket, and hit within it at 50 miles. I can do similar accuracy at the ranges used in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with the size rockets that are being used, and that level of accuracy is more than enough to be able to target a military asset instead of innocent civilians.

@Pest: The definitions for "religion" are: "the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods", OR "a particular system of faith and worship", OR "a pursuit or interest to which someone ascribes supreme importance". By those definitions, if you are ascribing enough importance to try to force it on others, it is your religion.
