  1. About to go eat, then kill some people on Battlefield 3...

That's a quality game right there.

    Still not as good as...

Agreed. EA really went for a more CoD-like feel for BF3. (I really want a remake of BF2142 personally)

On topic, waiting for others to go away so I can take a shower, then go and buy lunch for the week.

  2. Stick to eating things high in complex carbs (whole wheat bread, pasta, potatoes, anything starchy). Lay off the sugar, too. That shit fucks you up.

Or protein... And don't go out of your way to avoid sugar in most things, just avoid eating only sugar. Everything has some amount of sugar it it, and depending on what kind of sugar, it can even be good for you.

Your body’s primary source of energy is glucose, so it’s important to get at least 130 grams of total carbohydrates in your daily diet, including 38 grams of fiber for men and 25 grams of fiber for women. Try to get all of your carbohydrates from whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans. Guidelines from the American Heart Association recommend that women should consume no more than 6 teaspoons of added sugar daily, while men should limit their added sugar to 9 teaspoons. Remember that some healthy-sounding sweeteners, such as maple syrup, fruit nectar, brown sugar, molasses and honey are also added sugars.

Also bear in mind that high-fructose anything is going to be very high in sugar, read the ingredients lists. (everyone really should, people should know exactly what they put in their bodies)

Know what my daily diet is? Pizza (or chimichangas, or General Tso's Chicken, or whatever else has high protein and complex carbs) and generic Dr.Pepper... And water when I don't wanna be a pepper too...

  3. It won't have any effect while you're drinking it, or even right after, it's always for about 5 minutes after your body finishes processing it that it'll affect BP/blood sugar negatively. (sudden crash)

  5. Do you know how many people play DOTA2 on a daily basis? Steam lists it as 300,000-350,000 players constant 24-7... That isn't just the same people all week either according to them. That many people, and this gets to purchasable, I think 7000+ purchasers at $5 would be underestimating, especially when the people of this forum start playing with it and advertising in-game.

  6. You might have a sudden drop in blood pressure because of a non-damaging heart attack brought on by the high amounts of sugar/caffeine in the sodas and energy drink. (I have had similar heart attacks, but not caused by my food/drink intake) It could also be allergies, blood clots, or even a panic attack. (not necessarily something you would've known about, and they can appear out of nowhere for no apparent reason) Heck, you could even be feeling a minor seismic shift... The reasons behind something like that are quite numerous.

  7. The number of possible combination of particles is definitely not infinite and is limited by the constraints of the fundamental physical laws and constants in the Universe. To date there is no evidence that these may differ in different locations, at least within the observed Universe.

So unknown metallic alloys in asteroids that we can only make artificially here on earth (as well as several new atomic structures which aren't even on the periodic table yet) is contradictory to that, neither is the difference between brown dwarfs and blue giant stars... We haven't even begun to map it all, but so far I have yet to hear a single "this is identical to all the rest" statement from an astronomer or true scientist. (a true scientist cannot ever state "there is no God"... It would violate the definition of being a scientist, and change it to being a religious person)

The only times I've ever heard that statement is when Atheists use it as "evidence" that there is no God. (even though the statement itself is false)
