    why are you still asking why? didn't I tell you not to ask why?

    Because we hate not knowing everything about everyone else, and being the only "mysterious stranger" left.

    I didn't play a few years, I dropped the game right before Gaijins introduced navy and choppers, so I don't remember each p2w machine, but:

    - american tank T29 or T30 - don't remember exactly which one, purely p2w;

    - KV-220, I got it for some quest ingame, very strong vehicle;

    There were more, I just don't remember.

    The T29 and T30 are only invulnerable if you don't use certain AP rounds, and refuse to flank. That's similar to how all the tanks work in the game, apart from a few that are just rolling targets. (like the stock M4A3)

    don't you have to, for instance, pay to unlock a fire extinguisher? or to buy special ammo?

    Not at all. Just have to play the game and unlock it. You're thinking of World of Tanks.

    I used to play for 5 year in WarThunder or so. This is a good game with some flaws which got worse during game development: crappy balance - at first it was just bad and almost no pay to win, but later definitely pay to win units appeared, progression was slow but ok, BUT devs keep adding new machines and even types like choppers, but don't boost exp points or even cut gain. But it's still good, I like the game mechanic way better than wot as for me.

    I have been searching, and I really can't find any way to make it P2W right now. All the paid for variants are either of equal or lower power compared to the non-pay versions.

    I'd googled the name before, and other issues came up, but never this one...utter weirdness.

    I didn't even specify Daikatana in my search, it was exclusively the name of the magazine and nothing else. I just have that good of Google-Fu on my side. (and probably WAY too much personal info stored on Google's servers)

    ....that's it.  That's exactly it.

    I'm stunned into absolute silence.  I've been searching for that thing for ages and now you've almost practically dropped it into my lap.....

    Thank you.  From the bottom of my heart, BTGBullseye, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

    Any time. It's was actually the first non-ad result of a Google search for the name of the magazine for me. (then again, I have cultivated the Google search algorithm for me to find random stuff like this)

    Just wanted to add a little something here. I found it surprising when you mentioned you didn't like dark themes because you're bound to run into something white when browsing the Internet and that's always unpleasant. I've been using dark themes everywhere for a few years now, and recently I ran into this same problem. I found an interesting solution, however.

    There's an extension (for Firefox and Chrome, as far as I know) called TamperMonkey that can run simple scripts to change your browsing experience. With this, you can add custom code on a script to change the background on most sites. It doesn't work on all sites, of course, but it really makes things easier on the eyes.

    If you want to try it out, add this to your browser, then create a new script, paste this:

    Then you just save the script and refresh your browser windows. This will turn the white backgrounds into grey ones. It's still quite easy to read black text and I haven't had any problems with it so far; also, you can change the RGB colors to make it clearer or darker if you want to. It's a bit of a hack, but it's made my browsing way easier on the last few months.

    There's also the "Dark Night Mode" addon for Chrome that works for any page you want it to.

    My mouse is starting to die on me and that made me frustrated trying to find a new one.  I ended up making a graphic of a mouse I'm pretty sure no one besides me wants, but some of you might find some individual parts of it appealing.  I wasted time making this, but it felt cathartic.

    FYI, wireless doesn't HAVE to add weight... The G502 Lightspeed is proof of that. The non-wireless version was significantly heavier. You can also do fully wireless charging at the same time, thereby becoming a purely wireless mouse without need of a charge cord/station or replacement batteries.
