Just like printing money has no negative effects on anyone.
Not the same. Not even remotely.
You can't take pirated digital software and buy a meal with it.

The main problem is that they are incorrectly using the title "pirate".
We are not really stealing since we do not deprive someone of their rightful possession. We make a copy, then pass it around for no cost. That has no negative effects on anyone except those that think they have a right to be paid for it, even if everyone else thinks that they shouldn't. Real Pirates will torrent something as a way to test it, then buy/donate if they like the program/video/music/etc. I know of no true pirate that doesn't look down on people that just take it in order to never have to buy something they would buy anyways.
TL;DR version: If you wouldn't buy it before trying it (for any reason), it isn't bad. If you'd buy it anyways, it's bad.

Who really knows that the subconscious is making rational decisions? What if it's making irrational decisions that then appear rational to everyone else because of their irrationality?

Before you despair about having no free will, atoms don't work that way. If you try to measure their exact positions, their speeds change. If you try to measure their speeds, their positions change. It's not even a matter of being able to plot it all out conceptually, it changes just by even trying to plot it all out.
They don't like being watched...

Ah, OK. I'll see what I can find...

I last played Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Sorry, but the only ones I know of are registry-based...
This is the one I use... http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en

I don't see why people started attacking him for liking the scripted story parts of games... Not everything is better without them.

I got a bunch of SNES/GBA/GBC ROMs recently... They are full games, and since they are no longer on supported consoles, legal.

You mean 'uesrenames' right? You forgot that trailing 's'...

Yeah, you get the specific message when you read the OP all the way through.

110. When you have 3 tabs open for AF, all of them intentionally.

I believe it was originally about the "Stop ACTA" protests...

Can I get my name changed to "Ross Scott"?
Sorry, it's taken.

Aw...

108. When you buy internet with the main intent of being able to check on the newest episodes released by Ross Scott.

Inactive accounts take up about 500KB storage space on the server... That's it. Why would there ever be a need to delete the accounts?

Do let me know when and where you plan to get violent.

I will.

I understand that proof is compelling, but bear in mind that proof is very easy to fake.

I'm one of those rare few that actually really likes "railway" sequences/campaigns and QTEs. To me, they make the scene feel much more interactive and cinematic, opposed to a game like Half-Life 2 which could have a really cool scripted event, but leave you in control the entire time. To me, that kind of takes away from the feel of the scene if you're free to move and jump around like an idiot when something important is happening.
I know, it's utter blasphemy for me to LIKE the game taking control away from me and QTEs, and I should be burned at the stake, but... Opinions. Opinions everywhere. To each his own.
Actually, despite the fact that I prefer more control, I have also always liked the way that the Battlefield SP campaigns operate.
I am really looking forward to getting BF3 to play it's campaign so I can properly review it in this thread.

I just played a CTF game with Egoraptor.
Man he sucks.
Yes he does, that's why you always see his accounts on hack videos. (he needs them to be able to compete)

Yeah, it has something to do with the 1.4 update and using mods... So unfortunate. There will probly be another update fixing that soon though.

I'd like to see more MKV copies of FM/CP, but I'd also like to see the download page fixed... I voted for the first though.
As always, suggestions shouldn't be taken as demands. Do as you feel you should, not as we say.

I have proof, however it can't be shown through the internet at this time... How many times must I say this? I even gave a longer-winded explanation for why this is a few posts back.

How are we devaluing the product? The value is there, it doesn't change because of someone sharing it with someone else.
