  1. @BtgBullseye

Unfortunately Trip Hop is a thing of the past and it is extremely rare nowadays to find any tracks let alone good trip hop, especially on youtube.

Octave one - Theory of One is a good track.

    That sucks...

  2. I'm guessing the colour of the gun would also be black for stealth? I must warn you that scoping with an ak will give you a very hard time after the first shot with the recoil unless you have some kind of balance system installed too.

The weight of the final product is somewhere in the 20-25 lb range... Combine that with the custom recoil absorption stock/butt with built-in bipod, and it is a terrific mid-range sniper. Color is the factory standard, love the scheme. (mahogany for the wood though)

  3. It is a remix called "That long train ride". Its a remix of the HL2 soundtrack "Triage at dawn".

    Here is the remix:

Edit: I said remix to much, :P

You found a remix that was remixed into a remix. Now you just need to find a remix of the remix.

Actually, can someone find me some more music like this? Or at least tell me what specific genre of music the stuff behind the synth drums/trumpet/piano is...

  4. The Galil is better IMO.

The Galil is just an Israeli custom version of the AK-47. Not my kind of custom.

My custom AK-47 would use all custom parts. Precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel everything (except for the custom folding stock, and normally wood parts), custom machined, a longer barrel with a custom built-in suppressor, and a nice night vision/infrared scope (4x-6x max). Also, a custom semi-auto under-barrel suppressed 20mm grenade launcher with a 6 shot clip, and detonation timer. (based on distance, linked to laser rangefinder built into the scope. See the assault rifle's grenade launcher in the game Battlefield 2142)

If you're thinking any of that is unrealistic, or not available right now, then you're not a true gun nut.

  6. Yeah, but the 'correct use' of the condom involves no other physical contact with your partners bodily fluids... Typically not something doable if you're having sex.

Except that if you read the conditions of the test... they actually conducted this study by observing people who were taking the highest risk possible... in sexual relationships with partners whom they knew to be HIV+.

Again, the couples took extensive precautions against contacting their partner's bodily fluids. Just a condom will never protect you from STDs.

  7. I didn't know the F-14 Tomcat peaked at 2.3 machs. I thought it's top was somewhere around 1.8

The F-14 goes somewhere around 2.8... It's still my absolute favorite aircraft ever. It even has a welded titanium frame...

That's as fast or faster than the Mig-31 Foxhound (which officially holds the title of fastest combat aircraft).

    Yes, it's comparable...

  8. That's incorrect BTG, as a matter of fact condoms are very effective at protecting you from the AIDS virus. They may be relatively ineffective against other STD's but they are the best defense sexually active people can use.

And where did you pick up any of that? I got my info from several doctors, and the Red Cross's Bloodborne Pathogens class.

    How about the CDC?

The most recent meta-analysis of epidemiologic studies of condom effectiveness was published by Weller and Davis in 2004. This analysis refines and updates their previous report published in 1999. The analysis demonstrates that the consistent use of latex condoms provides a high degree of protection against heterosexual transmission of HIV. It should be noted that condom use cannot provide absolute protection against HIV. The surest way to avoid transmission of HIV is to abstain from sexual intercourse or to be in a long-term mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who has been tested and you know is uninfected.

    So, high. But not infallible.

Yeah, but the 'correct use' of the condom involves no other physical contact with your partners bodily fluids... Typically not something doable if you're having sex.
