Tried that, VLC was dropping frames like normal, MPC was playing perfectly. Same exact duration.

Then explain how you're so sure that it's "dropping" frames.

I can visually see the black frames.

I've told you exactly how I'm testing, so you could check it yourself, but you're still expecting me to just take your word for it. Do you really think I will? Tell me how you know, because they don't have the same duration here.

I've tried testing it your way. Nothing different than I've been telling you all along, the programs can't find anything wrong. Doesn't change the fact that I can see the dropped frames.

When I start both synchronized, MPC clearly finishes the vid before VLC with a time difference that about matches the framerate difference, so the amount of frames they both display should be equal. Only the speed differences seems to be speed. I could show test results, but it's your turn this time, especially since you're the one claiming VLC is dropping frames.

Why? I stated my issues, and have no interest in wasting my time further by gathering more data concerning the phenomena. Not really that important to me to fix a problem with VLC when I prefer everything about MPC anyways.

I really want to end this whole discussion with some actual proof, so I can at least submit it to either VLC or MPC.

Why haven't you submitted your findings to the makers of MPC then? Kind of obvious that you're having a problem isn't it?

Not really. They try to stop fetal stem cell research only. That is solely due to the fact that that research is conducted solely on aborted fetuses. Non-fetal stem cells are far more plentiful, do the exact same stuff as fetal cells, and doesn't require an abortion to take place.

Okay I've done more research, and it's came down to AMD radeon or Nvidea geforce. Which graphics card is better?

 

I found a website ( http://www.ibuypower.com) where you can create your own computer, and it is assembled for you, (I bleaked away from the build-your-own-on-your own, and wait until I'm more advanced in the art of technology.

It all depends on what you have for the rest of your build...

By the way, I recommend not using iBuy, and going instead for http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/. (better computers, better customer service, lower prices in general)

For some of them, it takes skill for them to type in a grammatically correct manner. I would be surprised if some of them actually meant some of the hateful things they say.
