Did you know that the Holographic Versatile Disk, is an optical disk that has the potential to store ~60,000 bits per pulse, meaning a potential more than 6TB of data on single a disk the same size as a Standard CD-ROM making it 8,500 times more size efficient?

Actually, that I did know... Did some research on optical drives a while back to see if I could use a burner's laser into a high-power pointer. (can get a DVD burner laser to around 400mW output)
