Never use integrated video unless you want only to browse the internet! Get a dedicated card if you ever want to be able to play modern games at above 15 FPS on minimum settings.

Still far more expensive than plastic, and the infrastructure needed for producing it on the scale necessary would cost trillions. Even using metal would be less expensive.
