I agree... I like them both, but not for me.

Worms Armageddon
(no, this is not in relation to the Computer Hardware subforum mention of the game, but rather a driver update problem)

What?
I can't hear anything, what are you guys saying?
For God's sake, speak up!

This line of thinking is surprisingly common for how retarded it is. If you have to "stop thinking" about something to enjoy it then it's not good. Inconsistencies in writing or universe or whatever can be excusable if there's a redeeming factor, but if there isn't then you're just constantly distracted by the negatives of what you're watching. JoJo's has a ton of a logical inconsistencies, retcons, and unfinished, unexplored plot points, but you rarely ever notice them just because of how creative the writing and action and art style are.
While I have no clue what Jojo's is, and probably will never care, I agree.

I'd say to start with something like this...
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883165268&ignorebbr=1 (refurbished DELL Optiplex 7010 MT desktop PC - $179.99 + $3.99 shipping) Have to make sure it's got enough RAM, and has an expansion slot for a GPU. (none of them will come with a GPU) You do not need Windows 10 for this.
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131732&ignorebbr=1 (new AMD RX 560 - $104.99 + free shipping) If you need to reduce the price some, you can drop the GPU down to an RX 550 or a GT 1030. (both are about 1/3 less powerful GPUs and you'll only save $10-$20) As a bonus, this can also be a starter GPU for a much better new system a few years down the road.
And unless you already have a mouse and keyboard, just a cheap combo pack should do it.
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823126193&ignorebbr=1 ($20.39 + free shipping, but that puts you $10 over your stated budget)
Note that this system design should never drop below 60FPS on any of the listed games.

No, I'm applying their world's physics to their world... It still doesn't work.

The hella with this, I'm going to go play some games...

HL2 EP2 MMOD.

The stop thinking and enjoy part... If it can't even make sense in its own universe, it isn't something I can tune out.

Yeah, even a 1050ti is a bit expensive for low-end gaming. The AMD RX series does quite well for usually a lower price.

Nope, doesn't work.

It doesn't even make sense in the universe they're portraying, not even a little.

I never did get the appeal of "gundam" stuff. Launching more missiles than could physically be stored in that platform, multiple times, and pretending that it makes logical sense to have human form for a primarily airborne combat unit... Just completely ruined any appeal to me. Mechwarrior and so on are a completely different beast IMO, though I still have trouble understanding the logic of a giant walking behemoth in a universe where a few aircraft can take them out easily for 1/10th the price.

I'm going to stick to my "if the in-universe physics are routinely ignored because the show doesn't work without it, it's not good" position.
