And finally, why did you start off with an insult instead of just presenting your argument? You don't know me, or my knowledgebase, you don't know my sources of information, so why do you assume all of it is rooted in a lack of intellect or knowledge?

I fully expect either a revolution or civil war to erupt in China in the next few decades... That, or they will end up with a completely enslaved and brainwashed populace, and mostly die out. (they're already well on their way to dying out because of the 1-child policy)

As for the technical side, I think you covered it pretty well. Can't work with existing technology, or any experimental/theoretical that could be mass produced inside of 50 years.

An alternative to egg cartons is the ultra-cheap sleeping bags. They dampen sound surprisingly well, but they're a lot heavier, and they have a lot more thermal insulation too.

Ok, so I've been testing, and it definitely won't connect properly with legit copies without using LAN emulation software. I'm willing to do that setup if you don't want to gift it... I'd also play the gifted like crazy. I'm good with either.

Yes, but that is still illegal at that point. Without the original server code, or permission from the owner, any server emulator is technically illegal.

I have a pirated copy... Not sure how it'll work in a multiplayer situation outside of LAN operation. If it works over the web, I'm up for it.

However you can't make server emulators without first receiving the original server code from the owner... This is not a total win.

It's a good start, but it's not nearly as far as it really needs to go... You still have to be given the server code by the owners to be able to anything.
