Skyrim with 100 plugins this time.
-
That was a thing on the functional version of the previous forum layout as well.
-
FYI, I'm not losing this.

Skyrim, moderately modded. (currently at 99 plugins)

All that missing antimatter
BTGBullseye replied to EightInchNails's topic in Serious Topic Discussion
Unfortunately I don't have a good still for the avatar loaded up on imgur yet, so I had to wait for the avatar size limits to change first. (it'll be back to Data shortly) -
I appreciate it. A single double sided 3.5' floppy is much better than a subcompact EEPROM. Also, I most definitely can make a 110x110 that exceeds 1.44mb, but I won't.

I noticed no more animated avatars... That's sad. But at least we can link to avatar images from an outside site. (the 590kb file size limit is absurdly small) [EDIT] Also, I miss being able to compare my post count against that of others.

All that missing antimatter

Except that the mass of dark matter far exceeds that of the matter we can observe currently... Not a really good explanation IMO. -

Impending oil crisis and the Middle East

And that's like saying we should be looking into the Roswell aliens to make sure we can defend ourselves against their impending invasion. It's either so far away from something that will affect us that it's not worth doing anything yet, or it's nonsense conspiracy theories. -

This might be of interest to you Ross: https://fckdrm.com/ CD Projekt (GOG) just made this site. Might be helpful for something. -
Sounds like it was a digital version of a Which Way book.

That voice acting would've ended the game entirely for me... As would the combat lack of mechanics.
-
That's what it sounds like to me. If turning it doesn't work, sometime percusion repairs work. (hitting the knob) Bear in mind, there is no way to permanently fix the knob, it would require replacement. That is, if it's the root cause. If not, it could be any number of things inside the DAC. (including a short circuit, or dust, or an burnt transistor, or a failing capacitor, etc.)

Dead Game News: EA Deletes User's Account Without Warning
BTGBullseye replied to Cybershaman's topic in Gaming in general
That's grounds for a lawsuit if he doesn't get absolutely everything back. -
Except that I did give it a shot, I just don't give it all the shots before I decide if it's boring or not. If it can't at least SLIGHTLY entice me in the first 30 min, I don't just keep playing expecting it to get better.
-
Why so hostile? I said I thought it was boring, get over it.

[Dead Game News] All Adobe Flash support ends in two years.
BTGBullseye replied to Cloak_and_Dagger's topic in Other Videos
Most of those hacked games load assets from a server, the trick is finding someone who will save the assets when they load them. (as has happened for a large number of flash games in the past) -
For a game that is supposed to take less than 30 hours to complete, it's more like reading the first chapter...
-
I tried playing CT... It was boring for the first 30 minutes, then I turned it off.
