Group of friends from school want to continue working on the game we made in 3 days back in January and they're turning to me as assistant project manager in addition to lead programmer and game designer.

Just met a bunch of really cool people playing Killing Floor. I run into a lot of elitists in that game so playing with these people made my day better.

Only now just noticed this thread but this is pretty enjoyable. Higher quality than a lot of "mind" like series. Hope you plan on continuing this.

The Mist 4/10

This had the potential to be a really good movie but the main actor was poor at portraying sadness (very poor) and the ending was all kinds of disappointing. Normally I could forgive an ending if the movie itself was decent but this managed to drop an otherwise 7/10 rating all the way down to 4 because I was that annoyed by it.

I really want to say it's a fun watch if you ignore the ending but all in all I'd say don't go out of your way to see it.

Monsters 8.5/10

This didn't get the highest of reviews because people were annoyed that it focused too much on the people and not on the actual monsters but I felt that was the strength of this movie. basically a field journalist who's highly detached from the world trying to escort his bosses daughter out of the monster zone (or infection zone) of Mexico back to the US and the obstacles they have to overcome to get there.

I'd recommend watching this one. Think of Cloverfield with more lovable characters and no vertigo.

I guess. I'd still rather at least wait until it's local. Mostly because I don't like planes and I have money issues anyways.

I'd say I'm also the opposite as well. Even now I still debate whether I'm just bisexual or all the way into pansexual and I basically prefer romance over sex even if I do have trouble getting close to people.

I recently did a reassessment of my sexuality and I'm fairly confident that I'm bisexual now. But the homosexual side of that is reserved only for guys I'm very close to and who I know are gay as well.

If you want the super specific term for that I believe it's Heterosexual Biromantic (or homoromantic if you only prefer romantic relationships with the same sex) It's basically a sexual attraction to the opposite sex with the capability of romantic attractions to both sexes. Just a guess

Don't ask me how I know these terms lol. I've spent unhealthy amounts of time on tumblr and some regrets are had. They seem to be all about labels over there.

I would have liked to have gone to the first ones back when the fandom was more family like than it seems now. I still love the show, possibly more sincerely now than back then but I've drifted from the fandom. Tumblr's and deviantart's crazy bronies really did a number with that.

I figure since I'm on break I can take some time to finish season 4. I believe the last episode I saw was 4 before I had to get back into work mode. I think I'll start right now.

With respect to you as a game designer, what the fuck is Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing? It's as if they saw ET for Atari, and said to themselves: "how do we top this?". And my god, they came as close as they possibly could to have the bare minimum for what a game could be. I don't even think they were serious about the whole thing, just trolling as much as the could for as much as they could take from a consumer. The assholes.

Well I understand that much. There are those that unfortunately try these cash grab moves where it's little work for money and I do not like those either. And even worse, as much as I hate how hard workers getting little credit, the industry is over saturated with lazy people that make it seem like all game designers are inherently lazy.

I swear nothing so thoroughly shatters my faith in humanity like reading YouTube comments. It's overflowing with idiots calling idiots idiots(to put it politely). I should know. I'm sure at this point I'm fucking one of them. If I was smart in any way I'd say to myself "I need to stop reading these fucking comments" AND ACTUALLY STOP READING THE FUCKING COMMENTS. But nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. My dumbass just can't resist the urge to dip into those comments. Like a bad drug and I need my fix. And like any shitty drug, it's tearing my mind and sanity apart.

Youtube really needs to have user side comment disables so I can browse videos and not have to be tempted by these creatures.
