Zarya is such a good character oh my god. I've gotten more play of the games on her than any other simply through ults in team fights.Nothing like chucking a shield on yourself and an ally while your team rains hell on the enemies all forced into a nice tight group.

So for the first time in Dark Souls I used the Black Separation Crystal to kick a phantom I summoned out of my world.

I was passing through a heavy PVP hotzone and wasn't in the mood to deal with the waves of invaders so I summoned a phantom to help me clear the path quicker and get to the boss. So when he sat back and let me "honor" fight 2 invaders at the same time without helping (who I managed to beat through sheer dumb luck) I kicked him out. I summoned him for the express purpose of helping out and he did none of that; instead opting to uphold some bullshit honor rule about "no ganking" to be fair on the invaders. It wasn't even ganking it would have been a 2v2 but this little shit decided I needed to deal with this myself. I was so pissed I even made sure to use the "point up" gesture as he faded to make it look like i was flipping him off.

A simple message to anyone who plays or is thinking of playing any DS game and participate in coop. If you're not going to help your host with everything thrown at him, don't place your sign down. If you don't like how the host conducts himself, then leave. Other than that, leave your self imposed rules in the world you came from.

Those signs are there to help those struggling with the game. If you're not gonna help them because you think they need to learn by them self, then discard your soap stone and fuck off.

Normally I like PvP and would have welcome the waves of invaders as I progressed but this character is literally not designed for PvP so I didn't want to deal with that.

Dark Souls 3

Me and a couple friends secured our places in the list of "Dark Souls players who are assholes" after we kind of bullied an invader into jumping to his death. we managed to lure him into a tower with only an elevator and one door. One stood on the button at the top of the elevator so he couldn't call it down while the other stood in the door way blocking it off with a tower shield and I took continuous pot shot swings until he dodge rolled into the elevator shaft and fell to his death.

Easily the best image to come out of the Souls community.

Dragon: C'mon man, this lil guy's feedin' you shit!

For like 20 minutes. Between my ISP siphoning my money and not providing a connection and my network card straight up having trouble I was done pretty fast.

OT: Watching the Mighty No. 9 fiasco play out on twitter. Even Sonic is throwing shade.

That's weird because I was always under the impression that Dead Space (at least the first one) was a beloved game/series. Certainly amongst my favorite horror games and I've almost never seen negative commentary on anything but the third.

Fallout 4.

Apparently I've been playing the game on very high difficulty and didn't even know it. I set it back to normal and now the game feels too easy in comparison. Might set it back up to what it was.

Apparently as an added bonus whatever I did shaved a minute off my load times. They're still long for a game of this caliber but at least it's bearable now.

Updating my video drivers, fudging around with some of the settings and just making sure everything is working properly. 20 fps in skyrim on a computer that runs Witcher 3 at 60+ fps is unacceptable.

Could also be poor optimization on some of the old mods causing problems as well. We shall see.

Edit: Well I fixed it it seems. Between updating the drivers and optimizing the settings and disabling the old Borderless windowed mod to fix a graphical glitch from my old card I'm not sure which was the real fix but it's smooth as butter again.

Grades also aren't the most accurate depiction of a person either. Hell, I'm a programmer and you know what grade I got in my first programming class? I got a F. I was only passed on pity points since I was like .3 percent from a passing grade which even then the instructor was extremely hesitant to do. Don't be too hard on yourself over this. Just do what I did and refuse to accept that and work to become better than everyone else. Granted I'm still very far from being better than everyone else but I'm not done working either.

I hope whatever this is, it's in some way a spiritual brother to what Silent Hills could have been; not because I think a Silent Hills still needs to happen but I would love to know what Kojima was planning on doing in general.

Aside from the many joke opportunities this trailer presents, all at Kojima's expense (and Reedus's. Norman Fetus....) I too am very curious and excited to see what an unchained Kojima is capable of. Just wish the trailer had more to go off of.

I think I'm done with GTA V on the PC. They apparently have no clue how to properly update their launcher since the only way to not get it to crash is to manually download a new launcher every update and that is a hassle and a half. By the time I get the damn game working I'm too sick of it all to even want to play it so I end up putting it down and the next time I want to play it HEY GUESS WHAT LAUNCHER UPDATE THAT STILL FUCKING FAILS. For a year now they've been getting "update failed" topics on their forums. You'd think they'd have figured this out by now.

Edit: So apparently Rockstar's fix is to open command prompt in the game folder and tell the computer to run the launcher without chunked downloads, which worked. I have one question:

WHY?! This is not a user friendly solution. This is not a fix. This is not acceptable as an excuse to not fix the problem. This is a "fix" suggested 6 months ago. FIX THE PROBLEM ROCKSTAR THIS IS DUMB AS HELL!
