  1. So my parents have this nasty habit of walking into my room to ask if I'm ready to go before anyone has ever bothered to tell me that we were even going anywhere. And then they get mad at me when we're late because of it. Like what do you expect? In what scenario is it ever okay to get mad at someone that doesn't know about something that you've neglected to tell them, when the only way they can know about it is IF you tell them?!

  2. Ability to change my physical sex on the fly.

I have my reasons, and contrary to the implied, they're not sexual reasons(ironically) Guess alignment wouldn't really matter since that's not really a hero power but it'd definitely be neutral in nature.

  3. So once again my shitty eyelashes strike again. I currently have one folded around the eyelid and back under in the very corner of the eye so none of the usual methods for getting junk out of the eye work. I either have to go to the optometrist or doctor and have them get it out, or wait for the eyelash itself to fall out and then wash it out of the eye. Ugh.

I get eye garbage every month it's getting so frustrating.

  5. Dark Souls 2

Kinda understanding why this game got the reception it did. I'm enjoying it, but from a game design standpoint, and that of a sequel, this game does some really strange stuff. Like there's a few moments, such as no longer leveling at bonfires, which I don't understand why they needed change that. And then there's the durability on equipment restoring to full when you go to a bonfire, assuming it didn't hit 0 which is just weird.

I kinda like the idea of increasing hollow penalties on death, though that may change depending on how accessible reversing is late game.

    Overall verdict: fun but weird.

  6. I often feel that it stems from the idea that because they're presented with it, they feel that's the only way the game can be played.

Hurtworld has a rather interesting method for discouraging senseless player killing. When you die, be it from "natural" causes or someone killing you, you drop things like arrows, wood, stone, materials basically. But you keep all your tools and weapons and clothing. HOWEVER. IF you partake in killing other players in cold blood then you get penalized sort of and if you die, you drop everything. Basically adds a risk to being a dick and quite frankly I approve of that. I've got nothing against the occasional conflict but if someones going around purposefully hunting undergeared players (basically those still in the prep phase of their new character) then you'll get nothing but laughs from me if you die and have all your stuff taken.
