Trying to simultaneously play 7 different story quests may have been a mistake. I'm so confused.

Well the knee turned out to just be inflammation in the joint which should be fine if I baby it for a while, the nose is because of dry weather, and the stomach flu went as fast as it came. They never last long but they're bad when they happen.

Man, medical problems are a lot scarier when you grow up.

OT: sitting in bed and reading. Gonna go to sleep when this chapter is over.

I was watching video's of some guy on youtube playing Dead Space(I think?) and speaking from Isaac's point of view. It was pretty entertaining yet one of the comments was "still not as funny as Freeman's Mind" which at the time annoyed me greatly cuz I hate when people do things like that. But it was half life and I was curious anyways and then watched all of the 20-something video's out at the time in once sitting.

Edit: So my check from Blizzcon arrived and I'm allowing myself one new game purchase and I'm torn between preordering Overwatch and buying FO4.

Preparing for a trip to the doctors office. Between my knee still hurting, blowing my nose an finding blood everyday, and a particularly harsh stomach flu, I think some words from the ol doc are in order.

Black Ops 3 again. I like that this game teaches you through gameplay. And by teaches you through gameplay I mean it's taught me to never play the game late at night.

Nothing good ever comes from that.

Playing Black Ops 3 and enjoying the crisper graphics and 30 more frames since updating my GPU drivers.

Speaking of tired antics I was woken up at 5:30 by an alarm that shouldn't have been on, but the alarm was next to the electronic safe in my room so my half asleep mind was standing there for about 5 minutes poking buttons on the safe trying to get the music to stop. Eventually it did and I just went back to sleep without a second thought. Wasn't until now that I realized how stupid that whole ordeal was.

If I had to sum up the luck I have in any CoD game it would be a dude named Murphy with an express badge attending the Bullshit Convention. This isn't an exaggeration because I counted. 10 games. All different lobbies. in each game 2 people on my team that went 0-15+. One of them was sitting there shooting at a fucking rock. literally just aimed down at a small rock on the ground and shooting every so often. On top of that every game had someone on the other team going like 30-5 with that bullshit shotgun haymaker. Because you know, fighting an AA12 with faster fire rate and less spread is fun.

Then there's the lifelong trend that if I'm going to shoot at someone who's not aware of me yet, you can bet your ass a team mate of his is gonna round a corner with some 1 hit weapon and fire first. If I had to put a percentage on those odds, well over 80.

Another predictable pattern: my team never travels in any semblance of a group. once that starting bell is rung then that's the LAST I see of them outside of the final kill cam. And the rare occasions they DO travel as a group, they wipe to one guy. Almost always. It feels like if I don't land the kill on that dude first then the killfeed is logging red for days.

Don't get me wrong. This game is fun. one of the most fun CoD's I've played in forever. But tonight can go fuck itself with a rusted iron nail bat. So much bullshit it's starting to burn into my monitor.

Gonna start up some homework. Fun....

I was lifting some heavy boxes and as I was standing up I turned at the same time and people near me said even they heard the pop. To make matters worse I went and dislocated it Sunday with a simple twist of the knee. Guess it was really bad off after the first injury O_o Been in a brace since.

if you're using photoshop you can either hold shift for a perfect square or use "fixed ratio" selection, crop out the selection and then resize that. If you don't have photoshop, GIMP is free and while I haven't used that in over 7 years I'm sure it's come far enough to have at least the shift key feature.

A Boltzmann Brain should have been born today but instead the random chance formed amongst the chaos that should have birthed it instead guided the very last Protoss Pylon Charger at Blizzcon straight into my loving possession.

Sitting in dead stopped traffic for the third time today. 3 accidents. California drivers are absolute garbage.

I don't drive yet but I refuse to believe it's this fucking hard.

Programming: I accidentally progress.

So working at blizzcon I made a bad motion with my leg and royally fucked up my left I knee. It was so bad that bending it even now makes it audibly pop consistently and I can't walk for very long without it locking up almost completely. I still have today to do so I'm showing up for my shift loaded with ibuprofen and a knee brace. This is gonna be a long 9 hours. The brace really helps with the pain when walking by not letting me twist my knee at all but who knows how long that's gonna last.

Well, nothing exciting on my part. Just your everyday hetero, stereotypical guy.

With my internet speed, it should be finished downloading/preloading by the time my job is done saturday night.

My internet is so bad right now that I had to close my whole browser just to remove one tab via task manager because it got hung up trying to load tumblr.

That was also 10 minutes ago and it took me that long to navigate to this thread. If my math is correct it will post this approximately 3 minutes after finishing this sentence.
