  1. Terraria. Playing a new character on Expert Mode. 50% more health and damage for all enemies, and bosses have new moves and enhanced AI.

Just beat Skeletron. Last time I had to prepare for a fight this much I was about to do the pumpkin moon hardmode event.

  2. What about Java games? You could stress test Minecraft.

Java games work fine. Not too worried about it at this point since the computer is fully capable of doing everything I got it to do. If it starts black screening while I'm working in an engine, THEN it's a problem, but 20+ combined hours in Unity and 7 in Cryengine have shown no problems.

Winding down after an all day Terraria session. Wasn't the healthiest decision I've made but I'm determine to beat expert mode fresh character to hardmode night events. Bout to go to bed.

  3. Well I never really touched the series until I played Bloodeborne which I loved so much I beat it 4 times before returning to any other series. I ended up picking up the first Dark Souls from the steam sale and the first thing I noticed was it felt much easier due to it's slower pace. I haven't played very far at all (only a little passed the Asylum Demon) so I expect that to change but I'm so far liking it.

  4. I suppose I'll just keep this name. Some people still occasionally call me "blighty" or "blightmare" which I can imagine confuses some of the newer members but that's pretty rare. I guess my biggest issue is I feel personally obligated to use only avatars relating to this name and it feels limiting lol.

Also I have the worlds 2 stupidest neighbors. One's racist, the other's sexist, they both live next to each other, and they're both currently arguing with the other about their "mistreatment of other people" I really wish they'd both just move away. -.-

  5. Dude, i have a coupon! I also have Leslie directing the whole thing, and BTG providing the lights and a little too touchy orangutan. Look at it! it likes kittens! I think we can forget about Leslie's reputation with hiring ex cons for stunt men. He's working with parolee's now. totally not the same thing. I didn't say i was managing the whole thing, i still need you to figure out how to efficiently warn the neighbors, and get noise permits. Also figure out who's going to shoot who in the middle of this thing. you know i can't perform without knowing there's a life on the line.

I figured I'd just run through the neighborhood screaming "FIRE!" It's not like I'd be lying about anything when I do. The noise permits are no issue, I already bribed the correct officials with donuts and promises of a good time. Though they may have misinterpreted that last bit. They gave me some CREEPY looks. This IS the venue I think it is right?

This person, among others, is some good proof that misandry is an actual thing. The most common one I've seen, at least in the past since I haven't seen it lately(thanks to clever word blacklisting) is the "kill all men" crowd. Misogyny and misandry aren't exclusively linked to gender role expectation but also encompass more basic and primal attitudes such as just plain hatred for the opposite sex. (most just call it straight up sexism) Both are very real but they take their own form.

I wouldn't necessarily call MRA's 'inherently sexist' either as both men and women experience their own unique problems but I will say they really aren't needed. The issues men face pale in comparison to a lot of the treatment women get. It's like breaking your toe after stubbing it and worrying more about the condition of what you stubbed it on.

Not to completely dismiss the one's who're actually sexist. There's no excuse for that behavior, and there's plenty of them to go around.
