    I'm in awe that anyone still even remembers that abomination of a thread. It started out as something completely frivolous that I did as a young, idiotic teenager and wound up being around 70 pages.

     

    I don't think I have much of a "legacy" here, but if it were anything, it would be that thread.

     

    In other news, the wings on my shoes shrunk and now the moths won't eat my kidneys.

    I wouldn't even sweat it, man. Like I said everyone did silly things back then, and regardless of how we all felt at the time I remember it fondly. I didn't even dislike you back then either. I have considered you a cool person for a very long time so if there was any hurt feelings they didn't last more than a week or so. :)

     

    I also don't think the newer members really care beyond "wow there was a war here?" :P

    I find the fact there was a 'war' on here fascinating. I did try and trawl through the MLP thread, but it's so large I pretty much found nothing. ...who'd have thought colourful anthropomorphic ponies and unicorns could cause so much suffering.

     

    To really find the worst of it, it's not in the actual MLP thread itself, but buried in anti-MLP(the worst of it is around page 50 when people were at their most serious.) topics now locked in the depths of the free for all. Incidentally I just went through some of those threads and old posts and got the most peculiar combination of nostalgia and regret. I certainly miss a lot of those old users and conversations but at the same time we all said and did things that none of use are proud of. Nothing like 4 years of hindsight to really make you realize the silliness of your actions.

     

    Also I stumbled across an old Programming thread in which I said "I briefly dabbled in Java and even more briefly with C++ but coding just isn't really my thing." lmao I'm a programmer now.

     

    Back to our randomly scheduled program.

    I once again made the mistake of reading the comments on anything video game related so HERE WE GO!

     

    This whole PC master race, console peasant, and any/all things related to this fight about platform? Yeah fuck that. Fuck everything about that. When I'm looking for help trying to fix an issue with one of my games the last thing I wanna see is 2 self entitled pricks with enormous ePenises fighting over whether the PC or the Console is better because "lol it doesn't happen on this platform". Good for it. I still have issues with my game. Get out.

     

    Here, lemme throw a scenario out there. Suppose that "Console peasant" decided to switch to PC. What has changed in your life? Nothing. Absolutely nothing has changed in your life. Somefuck in Somewhere, Someplace now has a new PC and your life has not changed at all. What the fuck kinda weird-ass living situation would you have to be in if whatever people decided to play there games on somehow affected your life for the worse?

     

    "Oh but they are happy now!" Oh they weren't happy before? Did the fact that they were fighting you on their point of view somehow not clue you in that they may in fact be perfectly fine with what they have? Is making them regret their purchases really the nice thing to do? Some fucking saint you are! How about this; let people play their games on whatever you want, and you mind your fucking business! That's a great plan and no one gets their day ruined over trivial bullshit by people who's sole purpose seems to be the social experience equivalent to a bout of nausea.

     

    "Yeah, that is something a console peasant would sa-" I'm gonna stop you before you idiot all over the floor. I do a majority of my game playing on a PC. While some of the hardware is low-end it's still powerful enough to still play modern releases on medium-high settings assuming the game isn't trying to be a visual ground breaker. I'm making this rant because this discussion is so stupid, so silly and yet it's fucking everywhere and people seem to go incredible lengths to change how other people live. Stop trying to change how other people live! If it's not illegal and/or immoral then fuck off!

     

     

     

    If you haven't noticed, I like the word "fuck". It's very therapeutic for me when I'm heated.

    For someone who follows as many NSFW artists as I do, I'm surprisingly not a very sexual person. Hell, half the livestreams I watch I go to because the artist and the people in the chat are really cool people. I'd just as soon follow another NSFW artist as I would another regular art blog if the art was good.

     

    And as much as I hate using cliches, "I watch it for the art." is about as truthful as it gets. :P I'm just not very stingy with what I consider art.

     

    if you really want to show it but don't want to test forum limits you can always PM the link to those who want to see it. :P

    I agree that this would best be suited in the Serious Discussions forum and I believe a few already exist there. :P

     

    So I was just marveling at how strange my ADHD meds work. 10 minutes, nothing. half hour, nothing. 1 hour HEY DUDE YOU'RE READY LETS GET TO WORK! Like whoa okay snuck up on me there. The meds themselves don't make me want to work, but they help me focus my attention and that in terms psychs me up enough that I can be productive.

    Can you imagine if they all just came back one day and started acting like they never left?

     

    I kinda wonder how many people active right now can remember the name I first joined under. :P

     

    Anywho, I just finished dinner and I'm watching random video's on youtube.

    Nothing like spending 2 hours trying to make progress and getting nowhere because the game gives you 3 paths to chose from, all of them certain death.

     

    Edit: Well, I got past all three paths. I'm now in an area with enemies so tough that I feel even more fragile than when I started the game.
