I know right, with this and Notch offering up money for Psychonauts 2 Double Fine seem like they're on a roll. I look forward to my 1080p videos, beta testing and game soundtrack. Especially the videos.

Now all I need is Brutal Legend on PC.

And those XBLA games.

Now I'm not exactly a huge adventure game fan, but I just got emailed about this kickstarter project headed by Double Fine.

If they get $400 000 worth of kickstarter money, they're going to be able to make this happen. The creator of Grim Fandango, Full Throttle and Day of the Tentacle will be creating another adventure game. No doubt a wet dream for fans of the genre *cough*Alyxx*cough*.

I've pledged $30 and gained access to a bunch of awesome stuff, and during the time it took for me to fill out my credit card information we actually broke the $400 000 mark. With 33 days of the kickstarter left to go we've made enough money to fund the entire project without any interfering publishers to ruin it. The game is totally funded by gamers and though we'll have some limited control over the game's direction, Double Fine will be able to do whatever they want to make this game awesome.

It seems gamers really do want adventure games. Support the project now!

At least he said this stuff might be released as mods and patches. Along with the bigger stuff as premium DLC.

But I have a theory, last year there was a LOT of 3's in the AAA industry, but Half Life 3 never appeared. But since we have to factor in Valve time that means that we could actually be getting Half Life 3 this year.

Most people just beeline for the center asap, from what I've heard.

That and find Earth. Unless you're like me and bought the Galactic Adventures expansion.

I remember seeing this, it was in a reply to a fan email. Along the lines of "You'll be glad to hear your favourite things will be coming to E3" or something.

Just tried out the Space Core mod for Skyrim using the Steam Workshop. Jeez this makes modding incredibly simple, easier than buying and installing actual freakin' DLC.

Beth better have some expansions on the way because the modding scene is releasing some really amazing stuff. Open Cities, Realistic Lighting, Midas Magic, all NPCs killable, houses, better UI, better graphics etc. Seeing as there's open cities perhaps we'll be able to get some old TES features back like climbing, levitating and so on. The Morroblivion team are even talking about porting Morrowind and Oblivion into Skyrim, much like they ported Morrowind into Oblivion.

How come YTPs have better music than everything on the Music channel. :/

I bought the Collector's Edition of the game, too bad it looked nothing like the original videos of it. Was fairly disappointed that the Cell stage was the best stage yet it was only about 20 minutes long.

Animal Stage - Bad

Tribal - Okay

Civilization stage - Bad

Space Stage - At first awesome but quickly becomes tedious and boring.

Looks like an FPS to me, not a mech game. I hear that the class might be a light though so I'll reserve judgement until I've played it.

I just burned out on it, haven't even gone to all the cities and I feel like I've seen everything.
